This charming 1911 villa has a few very well-curated rooms with beautiful views of the sea. The rooms are very clean and the beds are really comfortable.
I think the added value of the property is the garden overlooking the sea, where breakfast is served.

First of all, the hotel has a very central location in Finale Ligure Marina. The sea is just in a short 4-5 min walk. A wide selection of café and restaurants in the vicinity. And a grocery store nearby. At the same time, the hotel is located in a small street and there is not much noise.
The bed was comfortable, and the whole stay was quite pleasant.

We were here sept. 30 to Oct. 8, so most of the tourists and summer people had gone. It felt like an authentic Italian beach town, with enough amenities to make a longer stay possible. The beach, historic borgos, walking paths, nature and cultural attractions all in one very beautiful little town with great food.

Absolute Gem! Excellent clean, safe Smart City. Wheelchair access. City and private properties are so clean, manicured gardens. Free beach, free parking 😱😍. Eat well, great prices, great gelato, friendly locals, not too turístic. Relaxing or partying your choice. I gave this city a 10, we have been all over Italy, and as Canadians we are so happy we didn't miss this city. The city hall or comune: congratulations on a great job, also to their citizens THANK YOU! Be proud, you live in one of the best cities in the world. We dream to live here too 😍🤩. Gelateria artigianale OMG so good, Bar Azalea was extraordinary with server Katy un vero tesoro, caféfeterria- cafè 163 was great, free beach, hotel Villa Ada with super trio David, Andrea and Giovani, prices are great too. See photos. Easy to navigate, ample Free Parking. The tunnel passage to the beach is illuminated, clean and decorated with murals. The appreciation for the arts is noticed in this city. Spacious dil Arte, art space park 😱😍🤩

We visit Verezzi ( the ancient village on the hill of Borgio Verezzi) every year because we love the view, the relaxing environment and the nice walks in the countryside. Verezzi is a small village divided in 4 blocks (il Poggio, la Piazza, Roccaro, la Crosa) so it’s possible to do a nice walk . Cars are not allowed. During July and August there is a schedule of performances in the main square ( La Piazza) and the village becomes crowd of actors and visitors. To enjoy a nice meal there are a few but nice restaurants with beautiful views that we strongly recommend.PatriziaItaly

From the shared terrace you have a great view over Borgio Verezzi and the ocean. The neighbourhood is very calm and the beach is within 10 minutes walking distance. The rooms are very nicely and carefully decorated. Valentina gave me extremely valuable recommendations on hiking tours, sights and places to visit - and not to forget the delicious home-made breakfast. Totally recommended!!

The building and the room were fantastic - fully renovated, bright, equipped with AC. The breakfast in the morning was spot on. Parking on premises was definitely a great bonus, since the streets were pretty narrow and on-street parking scarce. There is a train track just beside the hotel - it didn't bother us at all but something to bear in mind.
