The staff was incredible. Tomas and Andrea particularly. It’s outside Porta Romana (one of the city gates) so going into the town will be like a 20-25 min walk, but the view was incredible. I loved the garden and having an aperol spritz or Negroni while reading. The room we had breakfast in was also lovely and we enjoyed the cappuccinos and espressos a lot.

Excellent place, all you need! Elegant, stylish, functional and comfortable, super friendly staff who truly think of their clients (I had to wait for my bus and they had absolutely no issue with checking out right in time, this is truly exceptional), great view from the room, beautiful garden with fantastic view, clean, clean, clean..! What else one would need? I really loved this place. Before moving to this hotel, I was staying in another one with more stars but with much less of everything wanted and was provided by Palazzo Ravizza.

Breakfasts is free yes but it needs a lots of improvement The bread looks that is been there for a few days it is hard and not tasty, the drinks if they call it juice wow ?? I call it water and yellow # 5 and you can see the people faces quiet, just because we don’t have other options. the winners, man the cheapest thing, why they treat us like that we are travelers, that food !!!! o well .
