The stay was amazing; from the fine artistic details of the apartment, the comfortable bed, the location, and the hosts. The hosts were very helpful and kind - providing information for visiting specific ceramic artisans, a ride to the train station, and most impressive an invite to hike in a historic grotto (centuries old caves that were homes). We’ll never forget Grottaglie.

Fantastic location, well appointed, very quiet, excellent communication. Rocco was extremely helpful, assisting me with check in at midnight and accompanying me to the nearby parking lot, etc.

It was the perfect location. Walking distance to restaurants, cafe and ceramic shops. The host was amazing, he meet us at the parking lot and walk us over, gave us tons of suggestions. Our room had everything we needed and more, very clean and super cute!

Staff went beyond the call of duty to assist us because of our lack of mobility. They brought breakfast to our downstairs room from the upstairs dining area and helped with our luggage. They even obtained transport on departure from hotel door to our parked car. Breakfast was 'real' food, not just tea and cakes. Location within historic center was a plus for the ambience and accessibility to restaurants, ceramic shops, museum.

Grottaglie still keeps its authenticity of an historic town embedded by countryside life of wine, olive oil production and most importantly its long tradition of making ceramics, its less touristic, and people are very kind and helpful. There is a ceramic museum and churches to see. Well worth the visit!

The rooms are gorgeous and well-appointed with very comfortable beds. This is a very peaceful location, set amongst the beautiful surroundings of Andrea's working farm. Although there is no restaurant for dinner here, it is an easy 10-minute drive to Grottaglie and Andrea was very helpful in recommending a great place for dinner.
