We risked a one-night stay some kilometers off-road and were rewarded with a great experience. It's a beautiful place in a traditional and peaceful Spanish village with fantastic hosts. Angel and his family were born for it. The food menu is overwhelming in choice and quality, based on local produce mostly home-made. We had a wonderful evening with Angel grilling top meat for us in a cozy patio and we loved the entire setting. We shall return for a longer stay!

An interesting house which appears much bigger on the inside compared wit the exterior and decorated in Spanish style. We had a fairly large room with a big comfortable bed and nice bed linen and a bathroom with a spa bath which looked a bit complicated for me! The host, Angel, was welcoming and friendly cooked a delicious meal of meat over the coals in the lovely courtyard. His partner cooked for us the next night, again over the coals. A good breakfast was served in a small dining room which had a large window overlooking the street and the church. He suggested we visit Madrigal de las Altas Torres - just 5 mins drive up the road. This intriguing village is well worth a visit.

Thoroughly enjoyed the warm welcome by Angel and his team. The house is beautifully decorated and guests have access to a stunning courtyard for outdoor meals, a dining room and study/lounge if needed. On top of included breakfast which was delicious, also available was dinner served either outdoors or in. The wood fire cooked steaks come highly recommended. Suggest if you are exploring this area of Spain (Ávila, Olmedo, Salamanca) this is a good spot to stay.

Es una posada rehabilitada con mucho gusto.Las habitaciones no son muy amplias. Una vez allí,supimos que disponen de una suite amplia y muy bonita. Facil aparcamiento.
