The rooms are very clean and we appreciate the extra room service in the afternoon as it was nice coming back to a tidy room after the afternoon game drive, despite the room already having been cleaned in the morning. The food was also top tier. It was lovely how the chef would come and explain all the meals to us, particularly for the 3-course meal at dinner time.

Everything. The staff were amazing. Housekeeping came twice daily. Game reserve drives (our guide Ephraim was wonderful). The hotel pampers the customer in every way possible. The views are stunning. The location is serene. The facilities well maintained. We hired a massage which was excellent. (Thank you Witness and the other lady whom I forgot her name). The chef and their staff worked with us to cater to our specific dietary needs. It really was worth splurging to come here and we'd highly recommend. It was the highlight of our memorable trip to South Africa.

Our stay was completely luxurious and it was the best way to wrap up our stay in South Africa. We booked the luxury suite and the suite was huge and modern. We took advantage of the gas fireplace in the room and heated mattress everyday as it was winter. We had elephants visit the private pool in our room and that was the most magical experience of our stay! We were incredibly close to them! The food was also excellent. The best part of our stay was spending the morning and afternoon drives with William, the game guide. He has so much experience and he was a fantastic guide. Despite a strange winter, we saw a ton of game!!! Overall, an incredible stay!!!!

We had such perfect days at 57 Waterberg. The whole experience is unique, from the breakfast to the dinner, from the staff to the modern lodges. We spent 4 nights and every single day we had different and delicious meals, with amazing options of meat, and amazing wines and drinks. The chefs are absolutely astonishing, introducing the dishes and making the guests have a top class gastronomic experience. The staff goes above and beyond to make memorable days, from small details inside the room, to excellent massage! Special thanks for our game driver Ephraim, we could see all care that he has for this game reserve, taking us around to spot the wild life while explaining about the animals lives and nature around. I will definitely recommend this hotel for all my friends and family for the most beautiful and gratifying safari adventure of our lives.

Breakfast was very nice, the ambience at the restaurant very nice, staff there is very friendly they will make you feel like you are their only guest. (Reuben was just wonderful and very efficient thank you). we went there for our honeymoon, the resort really made it special for us, they even organised a private dinner under the stars for us. we were lucky to see Elephants from our room.
