Great room (and rate) and facilities/amenities. Staff always courteous and helpful at any hour of the day or night. We never had a meal at the restaurant, so no thoughts one way or the other on it.

The staff went out of their way for my stay, specifically helping me schedule all of my Taxis. The beds were very comfortable and had privacy curtains, which I love. The whole place felt very secure - when you check in, you get a card that unlocks your room, your locker, the building, etc. all doors are locked by default and can only be accessed with a card. For a solo traveler like me, the security brought a ton of peace of mind.
