the Residence, located in Calino di Cazzago San Martino (BS), the birthplace of the legendary "Mille Miglia" vintage car race, is close (about 2 km) to the Rovato motorway exit (A4 Milan - Venice). You can quickly reach Iseo, Brescia, Bergamo, Verona, Sirmione and Milan without giving up the tranquillity of the countryside and the breathtaking sunsets among the vines. Bergamo's 'Orio al Serio' airport is only 25 km away.

The flats are in a Residence with a well-kept garden and swimming pool. Our guests can choose from the following types of flat: - Two-room flat (up to 4 beds): flat consisting of a large, bright living room with sofa bed and dining area, kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom; - Trilocale (up to 6 beds): flat consisting of a large, bright living room with sofa bed and fireplace, kitchen, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms; - Chalet piscina (sleeps up to 5): independent chalet located opposite the residence's swimming pool and consisting of a large terrace for exclusive use, bright living room with sofa bed and kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom with double bed and single bed. The location is strategic not only for the famous cycling and pedestrian routes of the "Strada del Vino", but also for discovering the beauty of Lake Iseo, with its splendid Monte Isola, its Torbiere (peat bogs) and, why not, to enjoy a game at the "Golf Franciacorta" (27 holes) or for a moment of leisure at the "Acquasplash Franciacorta".
