Beautiful place to rest and enjoy time with family. The biggest afftraction is pool - amazing, clean with space to relax. Kids were jumping, swimming for long hours. Cozy house, comfortable beds, very efficient air-conditioning system. House is aprox.2 min walk from the clean and not crowded beach. Owner Mateo and his wife are very friendly, heplful and willing to advise if you have any questions about countryside, etc.

Swimming pool and garden is amazing it also only 2 minutes walk to a private beach for the estate. Although beach looks small it is not crowded since it is not public accessible. The water is crystal clear, no rocks in the sea(completely sandy also no weeds) and shallow very long while perfect for children. Pool is great size for a family and half of it shallow for children to enjoy. Location is superb since most of the beautiful Puglia towns are easily (max. 30mins) drive distance. But if you only wished settle somewhere and don’t want to move I would still choose this villa since it gives you everything. Although we didn’t try there are some walking distance restaurants in the estate as well. Mateo and Maria are very friendly hosts and living second floor of the villa. so they were always helpful if we needed anything also gave us lots of ideas about where to see where to eat.

Sehr nette Leute! Die Lage ist super! Und extrem ruhig, richtig erholsam! Rosamarina liegt sehr zentral um die verschiedensten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen.

Abbiamo soggiornato a meta'luglio la posizione della villa ottima,vicina alla spiaggia del pontile .Bellissimo il giardino e la piscina funzionale. Ottima la accoglienza Matteo e sua moglie sono ottimi padroni di casa.

Ein besonderer Ort zum Entspannen mit dem Meer in 2 Minuten Entfernung; schöner Strand mit Dusche, in der Vorsaison wenig Badegäste, kristallklares Wasser. Die Wohnung öffnet sich zum gut ausgestatteten Garten und in Szene gesetzten Pool, und so taucht man als einzige Gäste des Objekts (mehr Wohnungen gibt es nicht) in eine kleine und sehr ruhige grüne Idylle ein. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und bemüht, ihren Gästen einen schönen Aufenthalt zu bieten. Ein besonderes Wohlfühl-Ambiente mit wenigen Schritten zu einem schönen Strand, ein Quartier, in dem man auch bei apulischer Hitze gut arbeiten oder lesen kann. Idealer Ausgangspunkt, um sehenswerte Städte wie Ostuni, Lecce, Alberobello, Locorotondo zu besuchen.

Das Grundstück mit dem großen Pool und dem Garten war außergewöhnlich und gepflegt. Der Strand war in ein paar Schritten zu erreichen.

Rosa Marina, villaggio privato, consente di godere del suo meraviglioso mare, essendo tutto bandiera Blu, in un contesto di assoluta quiete e riservatezza, pur avendo ogni tipo di servizio. A poche decine di minuti d'auto, una bellissima vera Puglia da scoprire, con incantevoli e famose località per grandi e piccini. Eccezionale la struttura, comoda, funzionale e completa di tutto, ma davvero tutto, a 2 facili passi dal mare, con un giardino attrezzatissimo e pieno di fiori e l'impeccabile bella piscina pronta a coccolarvi ad ogni ora! La differenza, se ciò non bastasse, la fanno poi sempre le persone, e i discretissimi, eleganti Host, Matteo e Maria sono quel qualcosa in più che hanno reso la nostra vacanza tutta una sorpresa... unica e indimenticabile. Davvero, e ancora... Grazie!!! E... a presto...
