We are a small company offering many different nice apartments in the center of Barcelona, for you who wishes to have a nice stay in this wonderful city.

Property info

This apartment has a lovely private terrace. The apartment is simple but cosy as it is very well equipped and with a spacious living room. We form part of the Cityhall program WERESPECT in Barcelona - We respect the neighbors and for this reason we do not accept that our guests make disturbing noise after 22.00 hours. The apartment has a device that controls the decibel levels of noise and in case that we have to go to the apartment to solve the problem, the guests will be charged a penalty fee.

Neighborhood info

The area is calm and with very little traffic. The street does not have any bars or restaurants, therefore the area is very quite in the night time. Access to bus and subway is only 2 minutes away at the Parallel street. It is also easy to just go down to that street to grab a taxi.
