My name is Carlos, I became an owner in 2002 and I am completely in love with my home island Gran Canaria, a fantastic place under the sun , surrounded by countless beaches, charming villages and that boasts tradition. Spacious rooms to enjoy abosolute privacy in a privileged and incomparable frame surrounded by innumerable gardens. Great private heatable swimming pool (surcharge per weekly), size 7mx4m, in which you will be able to enjoy a good swim and sunbathe at its wide solarium. This enormous house counts on a kitchen and a well equipped BBQ site with a huge dining area and table for up to 10 people. It features several terraces and wide and wonderful open spaces. Feel the countryside as never before with the chance to visit the capital city anytime you like at only a 15 minutes drive. This property is located in a protected natural area therefore any activity that may disturb the neighbours and calm of the site is strictly forbidden.

Late check-in carries the following charges, to be paid in cash upon arrival:

-Between 00:00 and 01:30 - EUR 80

Please note that the swimming pool can be heated on request for a surcharge of EUR 350 per week. Please, contact the property to request this service at least 1 week prior to your arrival in order to guarantee the correct temperature.
