The Pergolesi studio is located at the heart of Del Carmen district. From the terrace you can see the Palace of the Generalitat, located less than a minute from Plaza de la Virgen. All the most important and principal architectural building works of the city are located in this area, the biggest modernist market of Europe, the Cathedral, Del Carmen museum, the botanical garden, IVAM, MUVIM and a lot more, can be reached in a couple of minutes while just wandering around. There areseveral places where you can get to the Beach, the new port of Valencia and the futuristic city of arts and sciences, using public transport if you wish so.
