The hotel has an excellent location complemented by top-tier cleanliness standards. Our room on the third floor was well-appointed and comfortable. Furthermore, we were treated to the finest cleaning service I have ever experienced. The room was meticulously cleaned to a point where it was practically sparkling, earning a flawless 10/10 rating for cleanliness.
Located in the secluded area of Nai Harn Beach, the property is a 10-minute ride from Rawai Beach and Promthep Cape.

The best beach in Phuket. Nice sand, very clean, in a little bay surrounded by green hills. I know I said very similar things about Kamala Beach, but Nai Harn is elevated. Really nice resort beach. What it does not have that Kamala does is all the support. Restaurants are far off the beach, limited lawn chairs that did not have integrated food and drink service, no massage huts, far walk from accommodations.

Staying at Nai Harn Beach is ok if you have your own transport everything is so spread out .
There are no bike taxi but if you have the app for Thai taxi you get a taxi .
So it is best that you have your own transport.
The beach is neat and clean and good swimming
Awesome, clean beach. Perfect sand, incredibly clear water.
Most similar to the bounty on the island.
Fast entry into the water and waves can be uncomfortable for kids.
The prices are average for Phuket for fruits and cafes.
There are many cafes, but there is no "walking street"

Very new hotel at great Location. the Rooms are nicely made up and quite spacious, with a big balcony to chill outside. All Rooms are facing the pool, which is very big and great to swim. You can walk to the beach side easily along the lake, or jogg around the lake if you want. The stuff is friendly and helpful. You have lots of privacy here, ist quiet even it was busy Christmas time .
Definitely will come back.

If you're looking for a quiet family rest - welcome to Nai-Harn. There is no many noisy bars and restaurants, just necessary for your leisure: cozy restaurants, small fruit and souvenir shops, ATM's and super-markets.
Near are roads to many sightseeings: cape, wind-generator, fish market in Rawai, Big Budha, The bird park, ZOO etc. Just 20-25 minutes by motorbike and you are there.
After Nai-Harn we came to Karon...and on the 1st day started to miss Nai-Harn, it's a really perfect place for families, especially with small children.

The beach wasn’t over crowded.
The beach wasn’t over crowded. All the necessary facilities were easily available and of course the temperature of the sea water was absolutely. amazing. There was a wide range of pubs and restaurants Thai on the lagoon or the Dilligaf made good food and the staff were always friendly. Nickys : The Coffee tribe and the Breakfast hut were good places to start the day and if you just want to relax and have a good honest massage you have to go to Kate’s. The two masseuses Team and Dang are truly brilliant. If you don’t want to walk or rent a scooter there are a few well priced bus services alternatively you can negotiate a rate with one of the local taxi drivers. There are 7/11 and family marts all over with a variety of essential goods at reasonable prices
1.) Walking distance to Nai Harn beach (big, clean, a lot of F&B options).
2.) Short drive to Ya Nui Beach, very nice quieter family oriented smaller crystal clear calm beach.
3.) Very good breakfast buffet, it was good enough it didn't bore me after 2 days (I had it 4 straight days during my stay)
4.) Spacious clean room.
5.) Warm water pool.
6.) Water slide and legit diving platform
The Ocean Suite view room is outstanding, the bathroom, bed and balcony is premium quality. The food is fantastic (huge array with no lapse on quality), for Thailand this hotel is expensive but you get the 5* luxury feel. The location is tucked away next to a great beach, depending on your plans whilst in Thailand, this is an excellent hotel to recharge and treat yourself to some luxury.
The Baan Krating staff was excellent. We want to give a shout-out to Ronnie and DaDa. If we owned a resort, I would want these two running it ! Anything we asked for they exceeded our expectations. The snorkeling at the beach in front of the property was surprisingly good. Several types of fish and good visibility. We hope to return soon and will be booking here!
Absolutely great property. Staff so nice and helpful. One bedroom unit was nice and big. Kitchen has enough equipment to make some meals. Lots of great restaurants nearby: Green Tamarind for awesome burgers; upscale Japanese restaurant nearby—really good and reasonably priced. Highlight was the pool—large and very clean, lit up nicely at night.
The hotel itself is simple but in a lovely location and the rooms are comfortable and clean. You can see the sea from the rooms and, my room at least, had a nice shower, effective AC and a large fridge/freezer. The staff were friendly and helpful and all this for a fraction of the price of the other nearby hotels. I'd come here again.
excellent value for money! basic rooms but clean and all amenities provided for a comfortable stay. the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful and the laundry service and motorbike rentals were also super good value. the bar was pretty good too!! we loved our stay at the Naiharn Beach Resort!
Very nice hotel in quiet place 10 min walk to Nai Harn beach. Very good breakfast, choose by the menu on i-pad) Once it was too much onion, so they changed my plate and cooked another breakfast) Make up room every day very clean!
private parking.
Good location in front of the lake. Room service everyday was good. Staff was helpful and friendly. The pool is huge and very nice. I would stay here again. A bit more expensive compared to other hotels but the value was good.
Wonderful little hotel close to beautiful Nai Harn beach and 10 minute walk to Rawai with lovely restaurants. Super clean, lovely pool and friendly staff. Aew was amazing organising a cute surprise for my husbands birthday.
Secure, nice pools. Overall quiet because there weren't many people. There's a website you can use to order room service which is convenient and the food and drinks are tasty.
Very cheap
Choose this hotel if you want an amazing location for beach access and sunset views. It’s a family-run business and they are so friendly and helpful. we highly enjoyed our stay here.
Excellent location, near to stores, restaurants, cafes. Very helpful and professional staff. Very clean and nice room / we had a pool access room. We d stay again.
