Unique Plaza Higuitos, is a very conveniently located 1 bedroom apartment, right there in the centre of Almuñécar. Apart from the great central location, it also offers a rooftop terrace with a great mountain views and a free WiFi. This large, 1-bedroom apartment, witch is located on a 1 floor of a charming building, contains a large living room with a flat-screen TV and access to cable channels, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, coffee maker and toaster. There is also big bedroom with a very comfortable double bed and a separated large toilet with a shower. Nerja is 24 km from Unique Plaza Higuitos, while Torre del Mar is 46 km from the property. Malaga Airport is 90 km away. This property, also has one of the best-rated locations in the whole Almuñécar! Guests were happier about this location, when they were comparing it, against other properties in the area. Couples, particularly like the location — they rated it 8.9 for a 2-persons trip. This apartment is also well rated for the best value in Almuñécar! Guests are getting
Almunecar is an historic town dating back to the Pheonecians in 800 bc followed by the Romans 2000 years ago. In Ajuelo park there artisan workshops, ancient fish salting baths and an arboretum featuring many South American trees and stone carvings by a local sculptor. Roman excavations can be seen in the town centre.There is a castle located above Ajuelo Park and a bird park at Sexi, an ancient Roman settlemt. There is a fabulous aquarium by the openmarket just a 2 minute walk from Plaza Higuitos. Almunecar has many beaches, some secluded with Chirringuito beach restaurants. There is a large water park located on the beach just outside the town.
