The breakfast was very good, the staff at breakfast was very, very kind and helpful. The room was pretty big, clean and had a nice view of the park in front. The parking's near the hotel, which is very convenient if you're renting a car and driving every day, as were we.

The size of room is good, the beds are not too soft, it was nice sleep. But on the other hand the beds are also really small. You should not expect too much from this hotel. Although outside is really nice space. The breakfast included some pastry (it was good) and coffee. Ladies in the cafe are nice and very cheerful.

The Apulian capital Bari has been known for its port since Roman times. Nowadays there are 2 harbours: cruise ships and ferries to Greece and Croatia depart from the new port, while the old port shelters fishing vessels.
Between them is a seafront road bordering the real attraction – the old town. Narrow, cobbled streets lead under arches to hidden piazzas with pavement cafes. Many are on adjoining Piazza Mercantile and Piazza del Ferrarese, where the old Roman road is exposed.
The imposing 12th-century Norman-Swabian Castle guards the west of the historic centre, and the simple Cathedral of San Sabino is from the same period. Equally understated is the Basilica of St Nicholas, housing relics of the saint. Pope John Paul II once prayed there, which may have given rise to Bari Airport’s name: Karol Wojtyła Airport.
Corso Vittorio Emanuele II is the meeting point of the old town and the Murat district, built under orders of Napoleon’s brother-in-law. Facing each other across this street are the colourful façades of the municipal office and Piccinni Theatre, though most prestigious is the Petruzzelli Theatre opera house.
Booking.com’s Bari accommodation includes luxury hotels by the Fiera del Levante, cheap city centre apartments, and B&Bs near the train station. For families, the slides and swimming pools of Bari Acquapark make a great day out.
Bari was a pleasant surprise. Not overrun with tourists just lots of locals enjoying their families and their city. Few sights as such but it was real. The old town is a joy in the evening and the food is great and good prices. Bari is central to heaps of more touristy towns to give you things to do during the day. If there is a concert or opera on at Teatro Petruzzelli GO-it is a real treat for a non European to experience the beautiful character of their theatres from a side box amongst locals with little English. Great performance too!

When we walked from the station to our apartment we were very worried as Bari looked a little seedy but when we got down to the waterfront and the old town we were enchanted. Lovely little winding alleys with so much to see including beautiful churches and wonderful places to eat. Don’t miss the street of the nonnas all sitting in doorways making pasta.

A charming resort town with not a lot of things to do, with the exception of the vast choice of traditional Italian food and cuisine, which perfectly captures the spirit of Italy. It has everything in a tight package.

Bari is interesting and certainly worth a visit.
Bari is interesting and certainly worth a visit. The old town is crowded and busy and the narrow streets are fun to explore but your jostled quite a bit and we were warned about pickpockets. Parking is also VERY difficult and all the car parks were fil and closed off. We got lucky and found a spot but it was luck!
The stay at the hotel was very pleasant and enjoying. The hotel is located close to the old town, so it creates an comfortable opportunity for walking around Bari. During the stay, the staff was immensely helpful, especially the receptionist, Paolo, who was amazingly helpful and always offered some advice, e.g., how to spend your time in Bari, or where go to eat, etc. Paolo seemed to have everything under his control, which made my stay uncommonly comfortable. If any problem occurs, he will solve it quickly and without hesitation.
The suite was fantastic. It was comfortable and cozy. It was nice having a couch to sit back and relax after a long day. Roberto the host will assist with everything if you need, but is not overbearing. He makes a wonderful breakfast that you can eat in the comfort of your room.
The location is perfect if you want to explore Bari. The gelato stand around the corner was some of the best i ever had. Also make sure to walk the town at night. Bari is an underated town. It has fantastic food and iteresting things to see.
Perfect location for a stay in Bari. Close to the old town and its attractions. Excellent communications from Michele before our arrival. He met us at the hotel and also helped us to sort out our parking spot. He also recommended a place for us to eat out at night. Room was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. Brilliant air conditioning which was most welcome during the heat wave. Breakfast was better than we had expected with a variety of choices and served by a member of staff. We would recommend Room56!
We loved our stay at Dilman! A modern luxury hotel in the best location in Bari, close to the smart shopping precinct and also to the old part of the city. Our room was lovely with a very comfortable bed and fabulous pillows. It was great having the coffee shop/bar next door where we had a delicious breakfast. The staff were amazing, so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We are staying one night on our way back from our trip around Puglia, I can’t wait to go back!
The most amazing host you can come across, amazingly welcoming and getting out of her way to make sure clients are accommodated in the best way possible.
The villa is meticulously clean, very quiet, peaceful and safe with seaview rooms and also over looking the pool area, with both swimming pool and area are meticulously clean
Definitely a 10 ⭐.
Parking accessible and buses are also frequent to Bari center.
Highly recommended!!
We stayed at Suite Torre Arcobasso in late May, a family of four renting both apartments. This is an amazing historic building, with exceptional features, very comfortable and nicely furnished apartments at the best location in Bari. Can only recommend! Alesandro was simply a great host, met us in person despite we arrived late in the evening and went out of his way to answer all of our questions and make our stay perfect.
The location was great-close to the central street and the central station. The accommodation was perfect-clean,warm,cosy....And the best of all-the warm welcome and the hospitality of Agata and her lovely family .They made me feel at home!Everything was wonderful!
If I return to Bari,I wouldn't even think of searching another place to stay at!
Excellent location opposite Bari Centrale station and only a 10 minute walk to the old town. My room was spacious, modern and clean. Plenty of fresh towels were provided every day which I liked as I sometimes find at other hotels not enough towels are provided.
The pillows were the most comfortable pillows I've ever experienced!
Great place with a lovely pool, a wonderful garden and the best croissants ever. ( at breakfast ).
We had just one night in Bari, on the last minute, and this property has many to offer, now and in the future.
Many thanks to hotel manager, very nice and helpful, he was there in the morning to ensure that everything its ok.
Best location in Bari, good equiped and luxury designed appartment. Very comfortable beds, nice bathroom and very beautiful view of via Sparano. Just 5 min to Bari Centrale station and all sightseengs. David was very kind and helpful. We were very pleased to stay there. Highly recommend this place.
Everything : apartment is very clean and confortable. Location is great : 5 minutes walking from Bari Central station and 10 minutes walking from heart of City.
Lidia and her husband are so polite and helpful for everything we needed. 5/5 stars for them 🙂
Wonderful, cosy apartment in the heart of Bari's old town. Helpful, welcoming owners, great location, interior decorated with taste. So much better than any generic hotel! Staying at Casa di Giò is a fantastic way to experience Bari.
The location of the hotel is excellent. Just 2 minutes walk from the sea. It is situated in Bari Old Town (Bari Vecchia) which gives you the feel that you are a local there. Lots of places and restaurants around.
Breakfast was amazing (fresh and suitable for all) and so was the staff (very generous with info and time). Hotel is also perfectly situated in Bari - close to the station and the old town.
The hotel is in the old town of Bari, all the attractions are nearby and accessible by foot. The room was very clean and the stuff really helpful and friendly! I highly recommend it!
