The hotel was ok, but not excellent. It had good facilities, but over all the interior was not that comfortable (for example - the bunk bed intended for children had a mattress smaller than the frame, and the protective rails were defective). The furniture and the actual arrangement of the hotel were quite old, but the location compensated for these shortcomings.
The breakfast was excellent, with many options.

It was very nicely furnished and clean. The location was great for the time of year we went (start of May) as the 30 minute walk back from the centre of palma of an evening was nice. I can imagine this maybe being too far when the weathers really hot though, but there were lots of taxis available.

Loved the quirkyness of the old town and all the cobble streets. Lots of places to stop for drinks & tapas and lots of nice bakeries too. Thought food & drink all reasonably priced.
Expected the Marina and promenade area to be more sophisticated and ambient than it was, but did see some amazing yachts!
The cathedral is amazing to see.

Bustling city but away from the majority of the hen/stag party groups. Plenty of historical and cultural places to visit. Maybe not somewhere that younger children would find interesting. Wide selection of bars and restaurants. Plenty of up-market shops if that's your thing. Cathedral and Royal Palace well worth visiting. The Arab Baths is also a little corner of tranquillity. Easy place to get round on foot to the major attractions. Soller train makes for a picturesque change to the city - but either book ahead or get to the station at opening to buy tickets

The beaches, the sea, the food and the people are on top.
The beaches, the sea, the food and the people are on top. The Cathedral and the main square around it are impressive, rich and elegant. Some other central streets are similar to la Rambla in Barcelona. Except for these main sites, the city of Palma surprised me with many shabby buildings. But overall it's a great location for the holiday in May or perhaps in autumn when it's not yet so hot.

Palma is a small city, although its on a Holiday Island Palma itself is a healthy mix of locals and tourists. The shops restaurants and bars are as you would find in London or Paris. It's very close to the port so you have a great mix of city life by the sea. Like most European Cities it comes alive from Thursday evening - the weekend is lively.

Lots of road works along the waterfront. Highly recommend the train trip to Soller and pot of Soller.
I would say the best visit was our day trip to Valdermosser, neither were expensive quite reasonably priced excellent days out
Unfortunately our trip collided with the King's visit a boat fair and a political rally so there was some road closures and restricted visiting around the cathedera but I'd do it all again

Beautiful hotel, really nice, clean and stylish. Good service. Walking distance from the old city and city center of Palma. Rooms recently renovated nice, cozy, clean and really calm - no noise from the street. Amazing breakfast and breakfast area giving to the terrace with the view on the bay. I recommend. You can also take your breakfast over there or a drink at night – amazing view on the bay and see. Perfect hotel to stay during your business trip, but also if you come to visit Palma de Mallorca.
This place is just extraordinary. The staff makes you feel so welcome and they are beyond with helping you with everything you may need. The story of this place and how they renovated it is just mesmerizing. You can feel the atmosphere of monastery and it really seems so soothing. It is an oasis of peace right in the city center among the best restaurants. I can't even tell what was better - the place or the approach of its staff. Thank you for an amazing experience.
This place is the best choice you can make for a longer stay in Palma de Mallorca in every sense. An extremely friendly and helpfull host, a spacious flat with terrace and every comfort you need, very clean and very tastefull. Close to the airport, close to the center, close to the fantastic city beach and yet not in a touristic area. If you want to enjoy Palma fully as well as the clean and warm sea, you will not find a better place. We are sure to come back!
Room was amazing, sea view and balcony. Very clean, food was great. We had half board breakfast and dinner, breakfast one of the best I’ve had and dinner pretty nice, lots of options and different every day (keep in mind you have to pay for drinks at dinner). The staff was very helpful, hotel was close to the beach (100 meters). Also the hotel is close to a lot of cafes and restaurants and 200m from the nearest bus station.
It is a historic Manor House located in the city centre. Everything is walking distance. The best part was we got a free upgrade as we were on our minimoon! The furniture and interiors are exceptional, feels like a museum. The owner was very helpful. We arrived at the hotel around 2:30am and he gave us a warm welcome even at such a late hour. Miguel left us a complimentary bottle of champagne in the room.
Wonderful option in Palma de Mallorca, a short stroll away from everything ! A gorgeous rooftop terrace on the last floor too.
The JS hotel Team is super helpful, frienldy and welcoming.
This is a CYCLIST FRIENDLY hotel too, with possibility to leave your bike securely stored, and with facilities to get changed if you are coming back by bike and you have already checked out.
Would defo stay again.
Fabulous location in the old town. Full of character and no more than a few minutes stroll from anywhere, Cathedral, shops, beach or bars and restaurants. The hotel staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating. A very profeshional and well run boutique hotel run by a super friendly team. We loved our time there and can't wait to stay there again.
Amazing hotel in the very heart of this Palma neighborhood with everything you need within steps of the front door. The room I stayed in was SO COOL. The staff was very friendly and the neighborhood was quiet at night. I was on Mallorca for 2 weeks and traveled the entire island. This was my favorite hotel.
Centrally located in the city of Palma, this hotel is the best option for everyone who wants to combine the exploration of the island with comfortable and luxurious living. The staff was more than ready to help us every time we needed and all of them were really kind! I recommend this!
I liked every particular thing about this hotel. I went there to celebrate my anniversary and they made it an unforgettable anniversary. Thank you Nixe Palace and a big thanks to the staff especially Walter the concierge guy He is the best.
The hotel upgraded our room for free so we had a balcony with the sea view and a terrace with a city/mountain view for morning yoga. You can walk both to the old town and to Miro Museum. Or take a bus. Or rent a bicycle.
Everything was perfect
staff was great and helpful
Size and interior of the Room perfect
Everything we asked or need they helped us and give us
Best location in Mallorca
Located at the back of the Cathedral, in the heart of Palma de Mallorca. The hotel is the perfect mix of modern rooms in a historic building with a lot of charm and personality.
One of the best hotels we have ever stayed and that's a lot to say as we love to travel. The personalized attention is unmatched. They really take hospitality to another level.
The best 5 star hotel we have ever visited. The staff were incredibly helpful, the location is perfect, the room was big and had everything we needed. We had the best visit.
Fabulous hotel in a perfect location. Stunning building, stylishly and sympathetically renovated. First class service with the added bonus of a rooftop pool and terrace.
