Beautifull and modern flat for 2 peoples, fully renovated in May 2016, in a small quiet courtyard, and perfectly located close to the big place Massena, between the Massena square, the old town, and the Acropolis Palace.

It is perfectly located for a stay in Nice, between the Place Massena, the green corridor and the old town with its castle overlooking the city. Ideal location for events at Acropolis Palace. You'll be close to everything, 2 minute walk from the sea and the old town, and only 5 tram stops from the train station if you want to go to Cannes or Monaco. You'll find lots of great restaurants (old Nice) and close stores (Nice Etoile) to do your shopping.
