The property was a great location, about a mile walk to the city center along the water. Instructions to check in were super clear. The property had a great hot tub, was very clean, and was perfect for our stay. Our host was very responsive and provided information about the island and left snacks, water and coffee. Highly recommend Cais 20 restaurant down the street!

Location is perfect. Walking distance to the Centre along the beautiful Seashore. Black sand beach is 5 mins away. Big windows and open terrace with Ocean view. Clean and well equipped. Host is very supportive and easy to communicate with.

Fantastic stay with great location! Communication with Hugo was great (we got the cleaning service + a free bottle of wine). Room is very spacious located on the last floor with beautiful view. Some nice restaurants/bars very close to the flat, and city center located at c.15-20min by walk along the sea side. We will come again!

Great apartament with perfect view with on-foot distance to Ponta Delgada. The apartment was well equipped and clean. Tarace with nice view on ocean and clean jacuzzi. The staff was very helpful and was taking care of cleaning and all things we needed.

Coast Flats were great for a short stay in San Miguel, the Azores. The property was compact but modern and well furnished and met all our needs. Location is touch outside of Ponta Delgada, but well within walking distance and also walking distance of the beaches at Sao Roche. The hosts were very helpful and communicated well throughout our stay and beforehand always answering our messages very swiftly.
