I have designed the property to reflect my artistic side and offer a space that is peaceful and spiritual. Slowly I am adding more to the gardens, both plants and my paintings. the area is very quiet with lovely views and is el campo. This is a country house, very rural with the normal limitations of country living, great for people who prefer the slower pace of life. Personally I love it and many of my guests come back time after time. The main house I lived in for 17 years and is now also available for letting which combined with the Casita makes it ideal for 2 families holidaying together. The pool and front garden are shared with the guests in the main house. The property is rustic. el campo and this is reflected in the price, please if you are expecting modern this is not the property for you, although it has the comforts like wifi, tv etc but is a traditional finca. It is furnished comfortably in style with the property, with amazing views of the sea. The area is very quiet with only 6 properties in the immediate area, a car is essential for eating out and visiting the Island. The property manager will handle your stay. There are electric gates and the property is walled.
I lived at the main house for 17 years and am now living with my partner in the Mainland with my dogs and horses. I loved so much my home in Lanzarote and by renting the Casita and the Casa to others i am able to share the tranquility and glorious views of the sea with others. My property manager will take care of all your requirements during your stay, they will welcome you and be your point of contact, so please do not hesitate to contact him. the Casita is very rural there are no restaurants or bars or shops within close walking distance, a car is essential if you want to get about. For children there is the swimming pool and garden with plenty of space and fresh air, it is very rural with a beautiful walks right outside the gate. It is VERY safe no one comes up here other than visitors to the houses or the post lady. there are 6 houses together reached by a dirt track with stunning views out to sea while the 2 properties are protected by electric gates.
