The hotel and staff were very good and we enjoyed our stay.
The hotel and staff were very good and we enjoyed our stay. I had to cancel our original reservations and reserve a room a few days later than originally expected due to last minute work requirements. I made a mistake while canceling the first reservation and was charged $135 for the mistake. I called and the manager was not at all interested in helping me to obtain a refund even though there were only a few people staying during this off season. My mistake did not cost the hotel anything. It cost me $135.00 which the manager refused to refund. My first recourse is my credit card company and I have other ideas if they can't help me. We used this hotel last year as well and plan on using it every year if we can. The manager is the only employee we have encountered who is not friendly to the guests. I'm glad I didn't get to meet him. I'm doubly glad that the employees we did interact with were very friendly and helpful. This place needs a new manager as far as we are concerned because we want to come back but don't want to support greedy policies that only hurt the guests and make them reluctant to return. There are plenty of other hotels on Cape Cod.

We were very excited about staying with our 3 children.
We were very excited about staying with our 3 children. We booked a suite, but when booking we were not informed that half the water park was closed. We were extremely disappointed. As it was a non refundable purchase. Also unaware of the construction going on. We were so confused on how to get to the other part of the resort. We were walking through parts of the hallways with work being done. We were told we couldn't. When asked for help on how to get to our room the gentlemen couldn't direct us . We did enjoy the outside pool. The rooms were clean, the shower had nice hot water. We visited the restaurant and the food was really good. Maybe when renovations are over will have a better experience.

Having stayed in several places in Cape Cod during four visits to the area, I wouldn't stay in Hyannis again. We stayed to be near the ferries to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. It doesn't have the charm of other villages and towns nearby. There are a few good shops though but excellent accommodation is hard to find there.

Hotels and restaurants and shops were all within a short distance from one another. Many things to do in Hyannis (we've been going there for years). Kennedy museum is a must and the beach at the Kennedy memorial is beautiful. Ferry service to the islands is right there and convenient. Just a beautiful place to visit.

Hyannis is a great town next to the sea with ferries leaving for Marthas Vineyard and Nantucket. The bars and restaurants are excellent. The parks are good. JfK dominates the town so plenty of history around.

Nice and central location at Cape Cod.
Nice and central location at Cape Cod. You can enjoy the beaches, walking through "downtown" Hyannis, along the harbor Side. There is a large Shopping mall just outside Hyannis.
But Main Street is the best place to strawl along and shop whatever you need. Restaurants for different budgets are available.
We might come again.
The room was very clean and on the first floor. We were upgraded from a queen room to a king. The Hyannis Inn was in the middle of Main Street, Hyannis with restaurants and little shops nearby and walking distance to two churches. Also nearby docks to fishing boats , more restaurants and ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard. Not that far from beaches by car more shopping and other places of interest on the Cape.
The location was great at the Holiday Inn! The rooms were very small, the bathrooms were nicely remodeled, the bed very comfortable. You can hear every voice in the hallway, or rooms next to you, making it very noisy at night sometimes.
The bar was nice, the restaurant not real nice.
The hotel was in close proximity to many good restaurants, also drug stores, department store, etc. You definately need a car!
Convenient 1/2 block walk to the main strip in Hyannis, but weren't bothered by traffic sounds. There is a cut-through from the inn to Main Street. Quick walk to the docks & artist's shacks, Maritime and Kennedy museums. Daily housekeeping if you want it, but if you don't, just hang out the do not disturb sign and you will have a bag with fresh towels & washcloths hung outside your door. Nice!
Nice decor, room came equipped with a little kitchenette which included a mini fridge and two burners. We didn’t use anything but it was stocked with some cups and mugs, cookware, and a wine opener. Hard wood floors def a bonus, very quiet and loved how walkable it was to downtown Main Street and the ferries to Nantucket and Hyannis. Will def be back!
The location is great. Walking distance to Hyannis sights and activities.
It is a whole apartment with a full sized fridge and a stove; perfect for families (small ones). However, be warned this is a small apartment (4 people is a crowd).
The loft/bedroom space is very nice. The hosts were amenable and very responsive.
I was a solo femske traveller from UK without a car, who used it as my base to explore Hyannis and take day trips to Nantucket and Marthas Vineyard. Perfect location for doing so. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful at all times. Room furniture a little dated but large and super super clean. Thoroughly recommend.
Spacious apartment, well-equipped kitchen area, very convenient parking. There's a supermarket next door and a great breakfast / lunch diner across the road.
Fairly easy drive to the beaches and centre of Hyannis.
Good base for exploring Cape Cod.
Great location, just off the main street in Hyannis and a short walk to the ferry terminal.
Convenient to have a small fridge and a kitchen to cook in. Although the kitchen was a bit dated, it was totally functional.
Very comfortable bed.
The hotel was very clean, quiet and offered a great location nearby beaches and other attractions. The owner, Raj, was extremely helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Hyannis at whatever time of year.
Hotel is beautiful, spotless clean, peaceful and very well maintained, friendly staff members. Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven and stove), plenty of bathrooms, great hanging area - family room, office space.
The hotel was over run with kids, additionally my room was located outside the smoking exit!! So all night doors slammed and people talking and being drunk outside your bedroom window to 3:30 AM
Quality is comparable to more expensive motels, but nothing special. The price is still high in my opinion. But what's cheap on Cape Cod? The room was clean-ish.
