After having spent most of our lives in the city of Cagliari, we finally followed our dream of living in closer contact with nature. We live in the residence and are delighted to open our doors to guests from all over the world who wish to spend a relaxing time in harmony with nature, immersed in the incredible beauty of Sardinia.

Property info

In 2012 our love of nature finally prompted us to make a dream come true and escape from the city to be born again in the countryside. In a beautiful 6-hectare piece of land overlooking the sea and covered in Mediterranean scrub, we built the country residence “Le Tre Civette” (The three owls) in accordance with stringent principles for low environmental impact. The house was designed with careful attention to the existing environment, and we preserved the vast majority of existing Mediterranean scrub. Our energy sources are entirely green, stemming from solar panels and a geothermal system. We have a vegetable garden, as well as a vineyard, olive trees, and several fruit trees. All of it is grown with non-intensive agriculture withoutf herbicides or chemical products. To reach us, you’ll need to travel 25 km (15,5 mi) from the Cagliari airport, the last km (0,6 mi) of which is unpaved. Come and find refuge from the trudge of everyday life in our small corner of paradise! the road that leads to our house has finally been redeveloped for a few weeks. the criticisms that some guests have made in the past seasons are finally overcome and there is no longer any problem to reach our structure.

Neighborhood info

Immersed in the countryside of southern Sardinia, the house stands on a hill that offers a breathtaking view over the sea. The residence’s location is ideal for exploring the southwestern Sardinian coast, including the stunning beaches of Chia and Pula, and it’s only 25 km (15.5 mi) from the historical city of Cagliari. The adjacent towns of Villa San Pietro (5 minutes by car) and Pula (10 minutes by car) offer a wide variety of restaurants with traditional Sardinian cuisine. On the back, the house is surrounded by the woods of the Gutturu Mannu natural park, which offer an ideal setting for walks or bike rides in nature. Moreover, golf lovers can play 9 or 18 holes at the Is Molas Golf Club, which is one of the most important golf clubs in Italy and is located just a few minutes from the residence.
