Villa Alicia is a vacation rental property located in Porto Colom, Mallorca. Villa Alicia can sleep up to 8 people with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Offers air-conditioning and Free Wi-Fi. Enjoy your own private pool (South-West Facing) with barbecue. Alicia is a spacious two-storey villa. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen with access to furnished terrace. The living/dining room has also access to a small terrace with pool views. On this floor there is a double bedroom and a family bathroom with shower room. There is also a utility room. On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms (two twin and a double) and two family bathrooms with baths. Villa Alicia has air-conditioning in all the bedrooms. It has a timer from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 21:00 to 06:00. As per BeachVillas’s Terms and Conditions, all groups of travellers under the age of 25 years are required to pay the Refundable Security Deposit (RSD). The RSD is 150 EUR per person, and covers each traveller provide against damages and breakages. In case of any damages or breakages, BeachVillas will have the right to use the sufficient amount to cover the costs of replacements and repairs. Providing nothing is broken the full amount is refunded to the traveller after their departure.
