Gaziantep is the gastronomic capital of Turkiye, and it totally deserves this title. All the places I visited were tasty, and all food was worth the try. The prices are affordable, the locals are helpful, the city is full of history and specific viber. Among the places, I liked Tahmis Kahvesi, which is the most ancient coffeeshop in the region, it has an authentic vibe.

It is a great city with amazing food.
It is a great city with amazing food. The problem is almost no one speaks anything other than Turkish. I know very basic Turkish to get around, but it was difficult. There wasn't anyone to guide you where to go, if we did not know the places we want to go to, we would not have any information. We stayed for 2 and half days. Probably could have stayed one more day- but not much more.
It is not really set up for tourists-very local and you need to know where to go.

Mosaic museum and the old city like Bakircilar Carsisi are what attracted me to go to Gaziantep. The city has the rawness and non-touristy feeling. Sanko Park is a great shopping centre, it’s like an oasis for tourists seeing familiar brands and a food court. I am very surprise to know that tram fare can be paid by Paywave, not even Istanbul has such advance system. The downside aren’t a lot of people speaking English but people are genuine and kind. It also doesn’t have a lot of tourist info in English which makes it hard to plan. The Mosaic museum is quite hard to reach by public transport. I walked from Gar through some war-zone like dirt road and felt pretty uncomfortable. Food does not fit my pallet or nothing too special to me. I see the city has a lot of potential and hope it will do well!

The culinary and cultural jewel of Eastern Anatolia and a must-see spot in Turkey. My toddler loved climbing and exploring the castle and playing in the gardens around it. It's easy to get around by taxi, the cuisine is fantastic, and the people are kind and honest.

There are lots of museums to wander in and the city center markets is very clean and organized and all the sellers where friendly and did not start to talk to you just because you are passing their store..
I enjoyed my stay in a clean room with a walking distance to all cafes restaurants museums, Bazars and transportation system. The staff is kind and helpful in all ways the can to make you feel comfortable both with your stay and discovering the area.
This wooden and stone building hotel is beautifully decorated in a way to portray the culture of Gaziantep. Let’s say you have a small version of the city view at Zeynep Hanim Konagi🤩
I really recommend this place to everyone. Great value indeed🙌
location was perfect, although difficult to access with car. you can walk 100 meters to reach the castle, and taxi, surrounded with shops and restaurants, many kind people, hospitable, offering you tea and coffee.
Staff of the hotel Mr. Ali was very helpful, gave us better room to assist us with luggage, provided airport transfer on request and assisted with all requests.
it’s a true gem in the center of Gaziantep. definitely recommended and would stay there again.
Clean, comfortable and good facilities including a big carpark right next to the IBIS hotel.
The hotel is almost attached to a very fancy indoor shopping centre called the Forum.
A short leisurely walk of approx 7 mins takes you by the old city of Gaziantep by the castle with all hustle bustle and many restaurants.
We used the hotels laundry service which was reasonable.
Great breakfast at hotel.
Friendly and helpful staff.
After a long day exploring Gaziantep it was so nice to come back to Dedeman. The hotel and room are wonderful, from the comfy bed to good size room to great shower, good wifi and a/c, top notch.
The breakfast was good but I have to point out how attentive and professional the restaurant and front counter people are.
Thank you for a great stay.
2nd visit to Gaziantep, and i wouldn't stay in any other hotel. Good location near the castle and other attractions. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. But the real highlight of this place is the 2 ladies who prepare a lovely breakfast (as well as doing most of the other work!) Really made us feel welcome.
The hotel is located in the heart of the city just a couple of minutes away from the fortress and the market district, it's easy to get around. We were happy to have an apartment with two separate rooms. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were attentive and welcoming.
As i know Tugcan Hotel is the first 5 Class Hotel in Gaziantep. And still keeping the quality with kind, helpfull staff. Rooms are clean and enough big. I stayed in a Suite room. It was clean and comfortable. Hotel Spa was also acceptable. They are very careful about hygiene rules.
The room was spacious and nice, I liked the decoration. The breakfast was very good. Staff were friendly, regardless the language barrier. The location of the hotel is strategic. Although I didn't have a chance to use the gym, it looked nice and clean.
Really like the fact the airport shuttle stops right in front of the hotel. Hotel staffs were friendly and helpful. We asked to have our room changed to one with a better view and they were kind to do that for us. Will stay here again in the future.
The courtyard and location are beautiful. The breakfast is also really special with items offered that I have not found in another Gaziantep hotel. I would recommend just to enjoy the courtyard and breakfast.
Overall, this hotel was a very good hotel regardless the things I mentioned above. It was very clean and quiet. Moreover, the breakfast was amazing as it had almost everything. The location was also good.
The hotel has a very strategic location with great value of money. Everything was smooth from check in to check out. Very clean and highy hospitality level. Thanks for all the team.
Excellent facilities. Lovely room and breakfast. Staff were very kind and attentive. The hotel is only a short taxi ride to the Zeugma Mosaic Museum. We recommend Divan hotels.
