The Hotel is overrated completely. The room and bath were horrible No shower gel no conditioner shampoo moisturiser. I had booked most expensive suite and apart from the balcony view rest of the facilities were awful. Shower was blocked and I had to take shower in puddle Air con not working with broken Remote Poor food chaice for vegetarian Alcohol was the cheapest possible you can think of ! Asked for whiskey and it was tasting like Arrack ! Never would recommend this to anyone .Savitha - 6.0Scored 6.0

I stayed at ROYAL SITESI AVSALLAR - AND THIS MADE THE ENTIRE TRIP HORRIBLE Our flight was delayed, so instead of getting there at 7 in the evening - we had to rent a car at airport and drive an hour to property after midnight with 2 young children Pictures online not same as place Very cold - AC heater not working in bedroom Roaches and flying insects Very loud noise from outside Dog that roamed around the property and barked at everyone throughout the day Pool broken no water unlike picture online Old smelly dirty towels No blankets on bed unfriendly neighbors Tried to reduce number of days but host kept insisting on money to be paid all I paid what he asked even though he was being very unreasonable I packed my things and left the very next day around noon even though he insisted I pay all days and took the money for 3 days instead of only 1 as I stayed - he also charged an extra day for cleaning services though property was not up to scratch I want my money back for the days I did not stay I also pray that no one else has to go through such an experience - especially with children Also please check that there is only a single review that states that it was excellent - which is obviously a lie and just more misrepresentation

And that raspberry cheesecake is just delicious. They have a small park for children. Small beach with groyne which is absolutely brilliant. In this region, there is waves and thanks to this groyne, you can have a good swimming experience. If you want little bit quiet time, go to this part. If you want entertainment, go to pool area. Definitely coming back here next year! Definitely worth the money!

We have had great 9 days. However, it is worth to mention some of negative moments like: beach is located not very close to the hotel, you have to walk there via road which is not very convenient with kids; I wish that entertainment team can make a variety of kids shows as everyday there was exactly the same show; Wi-Fi is not available for free.

The cleaning team is good as well. The food was amazing 👏🏼 very impressed, the level of five starts hotel. Great place for family holidays. Katy and Ahmed from the animation team are friendly and active. The reception team let us check in earlier than planned. In general, the hotel left a good impression.
