Welcome to my residence, where, my wife (Paula) and I rent rooms, thus practicing the true philosophy of the so-called "Local Accommodation". I'm retired and I bet an activity where coexistence with people from all over the world can only enrich my existence. The same think giving back to those who visit us.
The neighborhood where the property is set is considered very pleasant , very quiet and safe ,. with extraordinary neighbors. The district is 500 meters from two extraordinary volcanic sand beaches and with very good sea water temperatures . It has supermarket 100 meters from the residence, public transport 300 meters , and restaurants nearby
