The hosts were amazing, always ready to help and kind. The apartment itself was incredible too, with a superb view and even a swimming pool. The hosts were kind enough to open the swimming pool for us, even though it technically was not the season yet. The apartment was fully furnished and there was all the basics and even more: oil, salt, pepper, milk, water, cleaning products, and so much more. Highly recommended! P.S. at out arrival there was a complementary bottle of vine from the region and some delicious cookies for us: what a nice gesture!

Upon our arrival, Paolo, a lovely person, came to meet us and escorted us to the location. The room, surrounded by nature, is on the ground floor of a beautiful two-story villa. To welcome us was Mrs. Letizia who, in an extremely kind and welcoming manner, showed us all the features of the house. Later Luca, her son, showed us the beautiful swimming pool and gave us tips on how to spend time in the magnificent Monferrato area. Luca helped us make reservations at the facilities (restaurant and wine tasting). Also following Luca's advice, we had the pleasure of meeting Jessica who works in a historic mansion, relais Santa Caterina, where we had the pleasure of touring among the cellars, tasting the exquisite wines of Monferrato. An incredible welcome.

Very good and comfortable apartment/house. We enjoyed the large open spaces, the view from the windows and from the terrace. Important for us, to cook for ourselves, everything is available in the kitchen. Everything is perfect and well maintained. Most important, the owners, the family of Paolo, are very committed and always ready to answer any questions. And still even more important is our message to the family of Paolo for a good health. No details are needed, but we wish everyone in the family a good health. Every day can be different and then you have to hope for the best and a good recovery. De gastvrijheid, het zwembad, de ligging en de rust . Paolo en zijn familie zijn heerlijke mensen. Ze willen er alles aan doen om het naar je zin te maken. Ze zijn open en ten alle tijde bereikbaar. Het onderste gedeelte van het huis is het grote appartement. Alles is voorzien. Vanaf een flesje wijn, water en plaatselijke koekjes tot een afwasmachine en airco. De inrichting is simpel en de badkamer is aan de kleine kant maar alles is er! Het uitzicht over de Piemontse heuvels en dalen is prachtig! Wij hebben heerlijk kunnen relaxen aan het mooie zwembad! Bij elkaar is het een topadresje! Paolo, Letitia, Lucca, grazie mille en als we in de buurt zijn komen we zeker terug!

Wir sind sehr herzlich von Paolo und seiner Partnerin empfangen worden. Eine Flasche Wein und köstliche Amaretti standen für uns bereit. Die Küche ist mit allem (inkl. Nespressomaschine) ausgestattet, es stand ein Vorrat an Wasser, Öl, Essig und Gewürzen bereit. Paolo hat uns für den ersten Abend in einem ausgezeichneten Restaurant einen Tisch reserviert (er hat bereits vor unserer Anreise nachgefragt, ob wir das wünschen). Er stand uns mit Charm bei Fragen zur Verfügung und gab viele gute Tipps. Da Zoe ist ruhig gelegen mit einer traumhaften freien Aussicht über die Umgebung. Im privaten Pool konnten wir uns nach unseren Velotouren gut entspannen. Danke Paolo, wir werden gerne wieder kommen!

Veel privacy, veel ruimte en mooi gelegen. Alle faciliteiten, zoals afwasmachine, magnetron en zelfs een Nespresso-koffiezet apparaat, zijn aanwezig en alles is hartstikke schoon. Een hele fijne attentie is een aantal flessen water die klaar staan bij intrek. Heel fijn is ook het prachtige zwembad wat ook lekker privé ligt. Daarnaast zijn de mensen heel vriendelijk en gastvrij. Ook behulpzaam bij vragen en snelle reactie als er onverhoopt iets mag zijn.

Gastgeber Paolo perfekt und sehr hilfsbereit! Tolle Restaurantempfehlungen und Reservationen. Appartement super ausgestattet, sogar Nespressomaschine vorhanden. Ruhige, schöne Lage. Dorfzentrum zu Fuss sehr gut erreichbar. Wir kommen wieder. Grazie!

Tutto bellissimo. La casa è molto carina, spaziosa, dotata di ogni confort, compreso il condizionatore. Proprietari gentilissimi e accoglienti, piscina stupenda. Ottima soluzione per chi cerca davvero pace e relax. spazio per parcheggiare più di una macchina. Barbecue con tutto il necessario. Asciugamani, stoviglie, detersivi e tutto ciò che serve per la casa. Molto graditi i biscotti e la bottiglia di vino di benvenuto. Lo consigliamo per tutto (soprattutto per la piscina che è veramente fantastica e soprattutto ad uso esclusivo)
