The location was fantastic - you could almost walk everywhere in the old town and just 5 mins from the train station and chapel bridge. Beautiful old city. Local people are very friendly for the lost and wandering tourist. If you’re into luxury shops, ornately decorated buildings and atmosphere, Luzern has it all. Fine dining restaurants but you can eat cheaper in a lot of smaller establishments. Close to the Pilatus, Titlis, Vierwaldstaettersee and those picturesque wooden bridges over the Reuss.

Lucern is one of the most beautiful city in Switzerland. Occasionally we stayed there during a Carnival (Luzern Fastnacht) . We enjoyed the show. The city itself is amazing. If you visit Lucern , don’t forget to visit also the Verkehrshaus.

The rooms are large, modern and very comfortable, and the common areas (especially the bar area) were a great place for us to relax. There is a bus stop right out the front of the hotel to get you into Lucerne within 15mins, plus on-site parking. Our experience with the staff really made this stay for us though - there were friendly, attentive and we felt very well looked after! We would very happily stay here again!

The bed and pillows are comfy. The location is not far from Lucerne train station, just crossing the bridge. Every tourist attraction is in walking distance from the hotel. The luggage can be placed at the hotel prior to check-in time (15:00). They gave Chocolate as a welcome snack :)
