Wunderschönes, geräumiges Haus mit einer großen Terrasse. Die Gastgeber haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und sich zwischendurch erkundigt ob alles in Ordnung ist. Hatten noch nie ein so gut ausgestattetes Haus! Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt um die schönen Strände der Umgebung zu erkunden. Auf alle Fälle eine weiterempfehlung!

Stone house located in settlement, fully furnished and equipped, with comfortable rooms divided into three levels: ⦁ Ground floor which contains: A living room with a two-seater sofa, a three-seater sofa and TV A kitchen with all the electrical appliances (stove, dishwasher, coffee maker) A room with a bunk bed (for 2 people) and a closet  A bathroom with shower and washing machine  A large veranda with table and chairs ⦁ Loft-bedroom with a closet, a double bed, a bathroom and a work desk. ⦁ bedroom with a large window , there is a double bed, two additional single sofa-beds and a closet. ⦁ Small backyard with view to the settlement's swimming pool (the swimming pool may not be filled with water, depending on the time of your stay ). The cozy layout of the interior of the house but also the large veranda, make the house perfect for everyone who wants to combine both indoor and outdoor living.
We will be happy to welcome you to our home when you arrive and provide you with all the useful information about the destinations and beaches nearby ,that you can visit. We will also be available for any further information you may need during your stay.
Psakoudia is an ideal destination for all the beach lovers because of its coastal location (the house is only a ten-minute walk to the beach). The location of the village, provides easy and quick access to the most beautiful beaches of Halkidiki (such as coast "Kalogria", "Saint John" "Trani Ammouda" and many others in the peninsula of both Sithonia and Kassandra). In addition to the variety of accessible beaches, tourists and travelers can also enjoy the mountainous Halkidiki which is only a short distance away (by car) and is really interesting for nature lovers who want to experience the beauty of the wild landscapes of our land and taste the local traditional food.
