Extraordinary apartment of innovative and very luminous, new design to putting on, to less than eight minutes walking to the beach. It possesses a double bed and a sofa bed for two persons. Refrigerator, vitrocerámica, washer and microwave, besides kitchen utensils, covered and other comforts. Two complete baths, garage with two available squares, solarium in the last floor and swimming pool of salty water. The apartment is in a distinguished, comfortable and calm zone of Puerto de Santa Maria, Cadiz. The apartments are distributed in the shape of loft wide and luminous. There is a swimming pool of salty water that to the guests it is in the habit of turning out to be very agreeable and pleasant, besides a prived solarium in every apartment. The floor is to less than six minutes walking to the beach for a way without any loss. The nearest beach is the Beach Las Redes, in which the majority of days you can see the blue flag. There, you can find of a stall in which breakfasts offer so much in the morning as glasses during the late afternoon. Near it you can also find a school of candle in which they can realize any acuatic sport like kayak, catamaran or surf.

Very quiet and friendly residential area with many stores like supermarkets, little shops, design-bars, a beach bar open from breakfast to dinner and a huge offer of aquatics sports, also shopping malls in the surrounding area, cinemas and bollowings. The apartments have agreat communication with all the Cádiz area by public transport, taxi or private car.
