Love the atmosphere of the hotel. It's almost at the center of the island but on a quieter street. Food and coffee were incredible, we felt very spoiled. We got a very large cosy room that was clean and spatious for 3 people.

Stayed 2 nights but would’ve liked 3 or 4 as it was a relaxing place to sunbathe and swim. It’s a small island so would’ve been nice to explore and maybe find some empty beaches.
The massage at the hotel on the beach was very good.
Travelled by Tigerline Ferries from Krabi (small speedboats) via Koh Lanta. Took 6.5 hours in total so a very long day and would choose a different route next time.

Koh Lipe is the best place in Thailand I have been so far.
Little, which mean you can walk everywhere, relaxing but if you want to party you can.
The beaches are beautiful, the people that live in the island amazing, food is great.
Nothing else to say.

Absolutely lovely. Definitely coming back again.
Absolutely lovely. Definitely coming back again. This island is a true paradise. Quite a long way to get to but worth it when you’re there. Sunset beach gives you little coves surrounded by rocks, great snorkeling and kayaking, beautiful sunsets and a quiet laidback atmosphere. Sunrise beach offer more open beaches free of rocks and plenty of white sand. It is busier and more crowded but still offering beautiful crystal clear waters.
Ko Lipe caters for all crowds really and yet it retains that small paradise island vibe that enables you to switch off and truly rest. All locals are incredibly friendly and polite. They are genuinely hospitable and caring. Very easy to get around the island as you can walk everywhere. Should you need a taxi, there are plenty and no matter where you’re going you pay thb50. Food wise there’s plenty of choice for both Thai or western food. If you’re vegetarian or vegan you also will have plenty of options. The hotels offer catering choices at reasonable prices. There are some tours to go on should you feel that way inclined. I honestly can recommend it enough.

Long tale boats are invading the beach and dirtying the water and damaging the coral reefs
It was so hard to swim somewhere clean and without a boat
There are no rubbish bins in the beach, lots of rubbish everywhere
Incredible little island suffering from resorts, long tale boats and plastic consumption and reckless humans
I feel so sorry for the little incredible ko lipe, I hope they will protect the island and save it

Thai paradise. But already very touristic.
Thai paradise. But already very touristic. If you are not a fan of snorkeling/diving, nothing much more to do. But generally nice views, snorkel trips, excellent clear sea and rhe white sand. And the food!

So much busier than we thought it would be.
So much busier than we thought it would be. Very noisy with the boats. The pattaya beach completely ruined because of the boats. Sunset beach is pretty and quieter but take mosquito spray, there are clouds of them wanting your blood. The general feel of the island was that we were tolerated because we spend money. Not a friendly island at all.
I spent 200baht in Wave supermarket afterwards I asked for a plastic cup and they wanted to charge 1 baht, I really wished I'd given 500 and waited for the change.
On the plus side great snorkeling away from the boats.
Sanom Beach Resort across the rickety bridge is well worth a visit, 400 baht for 2 comfy beanbags on the incredible beach, food great and not expensive, definitely worth a visit, best place on the island.
It is located a bit off the main street so you can still have a serene moment staying in it, however it is walking distance to almost anywhere on the island - Walking Street, Sunrise beach, Pattaya Beach, etc.
The staff is nice as they always gave us a massive smile. The room amenities is beyond expectation. They also have laundry room & you can pay 60 baht per use. The lobby is huge!! You can have different spot to chill every single day during your stay. The terrace is perfect place to daydream while shipping your ice coffee.
Beach was nice. overall hotel compound not well maintained. many water features not working with stagnant water breeding mosquitos larvae. Bathroom smells. Water pressure low. No shower area to wash off near the beach, Had to rent mask & snorkel, the hotel next door provide for free. Best is the free flow of good coffee/tea whole day. Breakfast was pretty good spread. The hotel is at the end of the beach hence less crowded & less boat taxis parked on beach. I requested for both rooms on ground floor but was given 1 upstairs.
The location of the resort is perfect. It is literally on Sunrise Beach and has amazing views of the sunrise. As far as I could tell, we were the only resort on Sunrise Beach with sunbeds/hammocks for guests to use.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was amazing. If they didn't have vegetarian options in the buffet, they made some specifically for us. They also took special requests for eggs etc.
Chicken (the General Manager) always had a smile on his face and advised us on good excursions to go on.
Room was fine, bathroom was just OK, shower made the rest of the bathroom wet and slippery.
Location was perfect just far enough away from the busier area near walking street entrance but close enough for anyone to walk too. Breakfast was good and fast. The beach was amazing, at hight tide the water got deep very quickly, pefect for swimimg or snorkling. When low tide it was great to walk around (even kids and elderly) all the reefs to to see fish.
The sand was white and the water was crystal clear and warm....
Lovely bungalows steps from the sea and Sunrise Beach. No air-con or hot water, but the bungalows never got too hot, and the shower was powerful and relaxing. Beautiful restaurant/chill out area, with sensational views and good food, although portions were a little small. Staff throughout the resort are wonderful, from the bar to the dive shop to the spa. Happy Hour is fantastic value and the cocktails were wonderful.
Not sure why we saw bad reviews lately but we really enjoyed our stay, staff is professional, the rooms are large with great outdoor bathrooms, the location is fantastic… Of course it is not a 5 star resort with pool and 100 staff but it has all it needs for a fantastic stay. We were a group of 20 and felt at peace in this great hotel , everything was efficient and they make great food and great cocktails!!
Right on Pattaya beach, within walking distance to sunset beach and a small motorbike taxi ride to sunrise beach. Staff were great and friendly, room was a good size plenty of choice for food at resort if you don't fancy a walk up beach but it's not far to walking street. A great place to enjoy some downtime. No hot shower but after a day out or on beach who needs a hot shower
We really enjoyed this hotel and were pleasantly impressed. It offers great value for money. Everywhere in Ko Lipe is expensive but this hotel is great for what it costs. Rooms are perfectly clean, comfortable bed and the hotel is 5 minutes walk from walking street. The staff is very nice and you get a wonderful breakfast in the morning. I will not hesitate to recommend it!
The beach in front of the hotel is stunning. They offer free snorkel and there is soooo many corals! The room is comfortable, clean and big.
The breakfast is complete and pretty good.
Staff is very friendly and helpful.
I even tried to extend my stay because this place was just the BEST.
It’s a quiet hotel, very well located and pretty chill.
I had an amazing stay there.
Very welcomîg and friendly staff.
I really enjoyed our beach (without boats). There is free wifi everywhere (even at the beach).
Breakfast was very good, very tasty coffee and a great view.
This hotel has a very warm and family atmosphere.
I had a wonderful time.
The location cannot be beat and the staff are incredibly welcoming. The manager went above and beyond to help us celebrate our anniversary at the hotel. Casa de Lipe is serene, the breakfast varied and tasty, the views are phenomenal, and snorkeling right off shore is amazing.
i really like the concept of toilet. The room is clean and strategic which is located near to sunset and sunrise beach. The hotel also near with walking street so just walk to get to 7e and halal restaurant. I really recommend you to stay here if you find peace place
For me Andang is much better than ko lipe. The Standard room is Hugh and better than so called Deluxe rooms of Others Resorts. You get much more For your Money than on lipe. My stay was really relaxing. I enjoyed the Amazing View on ko lipe
Love the atmosphere of the hotel. It's almost at the center of the island but on a quieter street. Food and coffee were incredible, we felt very spoiled. We got a very large cosy room that was clean and spatious for 3 people.
Very friendly staff at the resort, and the pickup and drop off service to the ferry is a very nice touch as well as the free bananas, coffee, and tea in the morning. The hotel is very close to the beach as well.
