The apartments location and view from the balcony was excellent. Ania who met us at the apartment couldn’t have done more. The place was spotlessly clean and the kitchen had everything required to cater at the apartment.

We had a magnificent stay at this apartment at Costamar. Apartment was very clean with a fresh renovation. Nearly all the necessities were provided - for a family with a small child it was very important for us. The absolute highlight of this apartment is the balcony view on the sea and mountains! We also loved the location - very calm and quite (except some noice from the karaoke bar in the evening which did not disturb us too much after closing windows (we stayed in December so it was not too hot).

I know and love this area. I have stayed at Costamar before with other owner, so i know the building as well. This is the best Apartman i have stayed at in this building. The lady who gave us the key was very nice, check in was very fast and easy. Furnitures are in new condition. Kitchen has all utilities for cooking, dishwashing liquid and sponge, cleaning up and extra binliners too. Free bottle of white wine and large bottle of water was waiting for us as well. Oven new and very strong. There was shampoo and shower gel hair dryer, washing detergent beach towel in Bathroom to use. Also there is some a tablegame, and bucket&showel for kids to play in the sand on the beach., that is a nice touch. I really liked the balcony furniture. Loved chilling there early morning with coffee and after a busy day watch the stars. View is mixed mountain and sea. Pools and pool area are nice!! All people so nice in the building. We will be back. Thank you!

Ania war pünktlich zur vereinbarten Zeit da und hat uns den Schlüssel übergeben. Sehr netter Kontakt mit ihr in Englisch. Das Appartment ist hell und freundlich und war sehr sauber. Die Einrichtung macht einen modernen Eindruck und wirkt nicht abgewohnt. Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet. Vom Balkon hat man einen schönen Blick auf Berge und Meer (kein Hafen oder Stadtblick) und hat Sonne bis ca. 14:00 Dort findet man auch noch div. Beachequipment. Es gibt einen großen Ventilator, aber keine Klimaanlage (steht aber auch nicht in der Beschreibung)

Appartamentino con balcone vista mare in uno degli edifici più datati e alti della baia. Colonizzato da anziani inglesi, che si ritrovano nel bar a piano terra per bere, guardare tutte le partite e giocare a bigliardo. Simpatico, se non fosse stato per i necessari lavori di manutenzione che hanno creato polvere e rumore.
