Unique place. Amazing in its beauty, its quality. I loved everything. Including the lovely owner. She really helped us feel the best as possible. I'm not sure that in the current reality you can find more like her today.

This is a special and unique place with the loveliest hosts ! Stunning historical building with beautiful features in a peaceful and serene environment. Nothing was too much trouble for the owners. They took time to show us around their beautiful establishment, explained all about the history and looked after us like we were members if their own family. Honestly one of the loveliest places we have ever stayed with the kindest owners we have met ❤

Nice farm with historical buildings. 1872. Quite pleasant to rise in the morning in such place. Very beautiful surroundings. The room is huge! Old buildings but all modern comforts. Good breakfast. Very nice people.

This is a beautiful old house from 19th century, well maintained and managed by a kind and warm couple. The rooms, the kitchen and the dining room makes you feel like you went back in time hundreds years ago. If you love ancient houses that's definitely a place worth visit on a vacation.

This place is a gem, and if you have transport and intend to visit the beautiful region of the Parque Natural da Serra da Estrala and surrounds then its in the area. Great for walking or biking, lovely scenery and old villages. Wonderful hosts and a breakfast fit for a king in the unique kitchen, a little fire to keep us cosy.

The house and setting were lovely. The room we stayed in wasn't in the main house but off to one side, which was good as it had its own front door and garden area. Breakfast was very good and the owners tried very hard to make sure we had everything we wanted and were comfortable. We also loved the two little dogs, Noddy and Tusha, who kept us company and joined us on walks! (But were also quite chilled out and didn't pester us at all.)

Kind, welcoming and friendly staff. Comfortable bed, good wi-fi, air-conditioning worked well. Only 4 tv channels available but it didn’t bother us. Breakfast was good. Loved the garden and the dogs - King, Tusha and Noddy. Quiet little village which afforded us a good night’s rest. There is Sunday Mass in the village church.
