The personnel is very friendly, everyone is eager to help with any question you might have.
You'll get an amazing buffet breakfast included in the price and 6pm aperitives with pizza and croquettes.
The hotel has a DJ all day at the pool area and live concerts at night.
Outdoor fitness center with biking and jogging equipment, ping-pong, football field will keep you and your loved ones busy all day.
It is also located in a Toscanian area with a magnificent view. You can take an elevator to the third floor and enjoy the view from three gigantic balconies, that provide you with 360° view.

It was easy and comfortable. We booked on our way and arrived in the evening. Very nice staff and delicious breakfast.
Parking place was full but they could accommodate our car for the night. Not a problem actually.

It’s an Walking distance to train station and a few restaurants. Longer walk to old city but very doable, if you’re good with walking. The restaurants in the castle/old city were really nice with fantastic views. We loved the sunset from the castle. The hotel Staff is great, they are cheerful and helpful. Rooms are pretty nice, breakfast is continental but the make nice coffee. We rented e-bikes and biked the entire lake which was a highlight.

The hotel was in a very quiet neighbourhood, but very close to the lake and 10 minutes walk from city center.
The room was very spacious and it had a big bed. The room and the bathroom were clean. The bathroom was very complete and comfortable. There was a fridge available.
The rooms are actually cabins with the door going outside directly, which is very good for COVID.
Breakfast was typical Italian with salty and sweet food that you could select yourself. There were some homemade tasty cakes.
The staff was incredible friendly; they recommended us good restaurants around and they helped us contact us the bikes rent place after we could not deliver the bikes on time.
The parking is wide and it was enough.
The hotel had pool and an area to stay and relax.
Great location on the border of Umbria & Tuscany. Straightforward to get to (from Rome) and easy to get about. Towns of Castiglione del Lago and Montepulciano are close by and well worth visiting - lots to see and great restaurants. Plenty to do on and around nearby Lago Trasimeno.
