She went out of her way to provide us with valuable guidance and recommendations for local hikes, ensuring that our stay was filled with enjoyable outdoor activities. Her knowledge and enthusiasm were truly appreciated. Another staff member who deserves recognition is Mirela at the restaurant. Mirela consistently greeted us with a warm smile and a positive attitude. Her respectful and cheerful nature added to the overall pleasant atmosphere of the dining experience. Her presence was a delight, and it made our meals even more enjoyable. In terms of other hotel facilities, we found the common areas to be well-maintained and inviting. The hotel's ambiance was charming, with tasteful decorations and a welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, providing easy access to nearby attractions.

There was nothing to dislike about our stay here. The spa was so needed after two weeks of driving and hiking around Italy. The room was amazing, spacious and comforting. The dinner and breakfast is as delicious and the staff was very attentive. Wish we had stayed longer.

First of all, hats off to the personal, they are all VERY friendly and helpful. That really stood out immediately to us. The food at the restaurant was amazing! Every night there was a set menu, and I'd recommend going for that, it is GREAT value for money. The room itself was fantastic, with plenty of space, and a balcony, what's not to like. We booked a Junior Suite, we loved it. The bath was spacious and comfortable, the shower was big and had the showerhead to back it up! (not usually the case in other hotels ^^) The beds were comfy (although split matrasses, which we hate, but maybe you can request a single matrass)
