Zacharo Rooms are situated at the highest point of Manolas village, in Thirasia. It offers basic rooms with balconies overlooking the sea and the port. The grounds and the rooms’ patios/balconies offer views out over the village and the island of Ios, the port of Korfos and the wild beauty of the Caldera. All have air conditioning, TV, fridge and private bathroom. The beach is 1.5 miles away and the port is 2 miles away. The center of town and the stores are only 165 yards from Zacharo Rooms. Free private parking is available.

Jimmy built this Property where lives and cares for it with his wife and cats. He has a fruit tree orchard and many interesting artifacts including a 1.5-ton steel anchor from the Bay of Korfos. Consider that there is a Taxi Boat from Amoudi port-Oia(below Ia) daily at 08:00-12:40-17:15(the ticket costs 1 euro ant the boats name is Thirassia II )and also connection by boat from Athinios port(the name of the boat is Nissos Thirassia) on Monday-Wednesday-Friday and Saturday at 15:30(the ticket costs 3 euros). From Thirassia there is a connection every day , by the taxi boat Thirassia II, to reach Santorini. The boat departures at 07:45 and 12:30 from the port of Riva to the port of Amoudi and you can return on the island of Thirassia with the last tender boat of the day, departuring at 17:15 from the port of Amoudi to the port of Riva.Please be there at least 10 minutes before the departures because the boats are always departuring on time! We can arrange private transfers anytime, uppon request.
Jimmy is a native of the Greek Islands and lived in New York before making his home on the island of Thirasia in Santorini in 1976. He has great love and knowledge of the local culture and history and wonderful hospitality.

The hotel is situated right on the caldera of Thirassia and faces the island of Thira, known as Santorini.The view of the hotel is exceptional because you can see several islands around, including Ios,Sikinos,Folegandros,Mylos and more..The view of the volcano is unique...Panoramic view of the island of Thirassia!!
