Beautiful little village, great that there is an elevator that takes you up to the old town from a parking lot at the bottom so that you don't have to walk up the stairs especially if you have difficulty with steep hills or walking uphill.

Todi is a beautiful little town.
Todi is a beautiful little town. We loved the scenery that surrounded the town. The history around every corner. Every shop or restaurant we went to we were treated with great respect. Churches are well worth a visit but be prepared to walk a lot of steps. Overall a wonderful place.

Beautiful old town with lots of very old buildings in great condition! There is a big square with a great cathedral and municipal buildings in fantastic condition. There are so many great restaurants. There are many small alleyways with historical buildings.
The location was good. It isn't actually in Todi but in the hamlet of Pontecuti which is close to a main highway. This is good for visiting the nearby towns though less good for eating out at night as the nearest restaurants are in Todi. There is ample parking only a few metres from the front door (near the church). The view from the windows and patio is somewhat curtailed by the walls of the old 'borgo' but this helps keep the apartment cool. Great locking mesh door to the kitchen which keeps the insects out but lets cool air in.
- Great location for visiting nearby Todi, Orvieto, Spoleto and all other umbrian villages.
- Amazing view over the valley
- Friendly, amical atmosphere amongst personelle.
- Good breakfast included, possibility of diner (3 tasty courses for 25/euro pp, bottle of wine included, food handmade in their own kitchen). Very tasty diner for a small price!!
- Large clean swimming pool with abundance of sitting options
The building is a splendid 15th century papal castle. While the interior is "medievally new", all the rooms and internal architecture including the thick walls are perfectly restored, giving a very special ambience and experience. Magnificent views on the surroundings. Nice breakfast and very friendly hosts. Good location to visit Todi as well as other places in Umbria.
Everything about our stay was perfect. This is a charming hotel. The room was gorgeous. The hotel has beautiful antique furniture and incredible views overlooking the Umbrian countryside. Chiara the host was wonderful and couldn’t do enough for us and recommended several restaurants and bars in Todi.
Beautiful location. Very quiet. Extremely clean. Quite new. Short distance from Todi. Warm. Shower pressure excellent, as well as water temperature. WiFi works perfectly. Heated towel rack was very useful for drying clothes. Just a delightful stay.
The location was perfect for visiting Todi, it's right at the edge of the walled city, so it's a quick walk or free shuttle bus ride into the center of town. The breakfast was fabulous, and the view is breathtaking.
The breakfast were v good, pool lovely and being able to get the coffee down there was a real plus, as I have limited mobility I did find it a challenge and had to use alot taxis to get up n down to Todi,
Good location for visiting Todi old town. Great free parking. Lovely grounds surrounding the hotel. Wide variety of breakfast options. Clean, comfortable room with balcony overlooking farmland.
Charming room in historic district. Convenient parking below hotel outside ZTL. Exceptional staff person Marie.
