The peaceful location. Six restaurants within walking distance. The owner is very helpful. He can provide great recommendations on whereto visit as well as well to eat on the island.

I LOVED this hotel. Everything about it was perfect. Quiet, clean, friendly and respectful staff, great location for a get away where you really want to rest. Mathilde, Fragisco, and Ana were lovely. Everyone was so happy and gave generous with their suggestions on how to get places. The restaurant next door was delicious, I ate there every day! The beach was quiet and amazing. If you are looking for a place away from crowds to really relax and enjoy a small, stunning hotel, this is it. The cats were amazing too! Easy, walkable access to a grocery store and bus stop to take you to Lefkes or other towns. It was magical. I will be back!

The location of Nissiotiko was superb - right on the water looking out towards Naxos. The grounds were well-groomed and the garden lovely. Fragiskos and his team were wonderfully attentive and friendly. We were ecstatic to have beach towels in our room - this is the only time during our 5-week trip that we were provided with beach towels (a lesson to be learned here). The beach trail from Drios (where Nissiotiko is located) to Piso Levadi was an absolute treasure. Our 2nd-floor room had a small balcony that overlooked the courtyard with the sea beyond and we sat out every evening expressing gratitude for this piece of heaven.

fantastic staff, very welcoming and friendly. we were lucky to get an upgrade from a garden view room to a sea view room and we were so glad to have this fantastic view just in front of us every day. The hotel room was very spacious, bright and the bathroom had been recently renovated, which was very pleasant after swimming at the beach located just at the foot of the hotel. The owner will give you all the best recommendations for restaurant around Drios (even if you don’t stay in drios, go to Anna’s it’s worth the trip !). The location of the hotel is a little bit off the bitten path, but easy to access with a bus direct from the port. there are enough restaurants, bar and mini market with delicious local cheeses, all within walking distance of the hotel to make Nissiotiko the perfect location for a relaxing stay in Paros.

Fantastic relaxing stay after a few hectic day in Mykonos. This is the place to be for complete relaxation and enjoyment. The beach ( less than 20mtrs from the property) was like something from the Maldives, the sea was exceptionally clean and clear. Thoroughly enjoyable, great host very helpful. we stayed in the original old building and honestly it was so welcoming and cosy ( a bit like visiting your favourite gradmas house) staff were great easy access to the beach and a host of good restaurants within easy easy walking distance. A definite must visit place.
