We stayed in area Kalamitsi for 6 nights and we had a very pleasant stay. Vicky, the host, is a really nice person and provided a series of good advices to have the best experience in the surrounding area, recommending things to see, restaurants and beaches, The location is very clean and tidy, provided with all comforts, the care for the details was much above the standards. The garden outside is perfect for relaxing and for the children to play. Last but not least, the position is strategic and in less than 5 minutes you can reach a very nice beach provided with all comforts. Strongly recommended Parea Kalamitsi for those looking for a compromise between tranquillity and social life.

Situated only 330 yards from the beach, in the south-eastern edge of Sithonia peninsula, Parea Kalamitsi is a modern complex consisting of 5 residences. It provides free private on-site parking. Kalamitsi offers 3-storey apartments with a bathroom on each floor. Rooms also include a fully equipped kitchen, TV, air-conditioning and a private BBQ. The first floor opens out to a porch and the second floor has a balcony. Surrounded by olive groves, and thyme and oregano-covered hills, Parea Kalamitsi Apartments are ideally located in a natural environment which exudes relaxation and serenity. Within walking distance one can find restaurants, bars and a grocery store. The neighboring Kalamitsi beach offers a wide variety of water sports, such as water skiing, wind surfing and wake boarding. Parea Kalamitsi also features a beach volley court and a children’s playground.
