Beautiful view and clean and comfortable rooms. But the best was the amazing service. Cristina assisted us prior to and during our stay. Her mother was our person who helped us with an amazing dinner! They were kind and thoughtful and did everything to help make it a wonderful stay!!

This was the most amazing and unique stay of our 3 weeks in Italy. It is run by 3 generations of family. All very passionate about providing an outstanding experience to guests. Felt like home from the moment we arrived. We'll be back with the rest of our family. The property is located a few minutes away from the town of Monteroni d'Arbia. Most importanly it is so central to visit Siena, Montepuliciano, Pienza, San Quirico d'orca and Montalcino and the hot springs at Bagno San Filippo.

We were very pleased.
We were very pleased. The host and hostess were so welcoming and patient with us despite our inability to speak Italian. Very gracious. They gave us a great recommendation to the winery, Santa Giulia winery—wine very much in keeping with our taste, a great education in wine making in the region from our hostess. Santa Giulia is a winery run by a beautiful family upholding a multi generational tradition. We drank wine to children laughing throwing water balloons. The houses are big and confortable and the pool area is the dream come true. We were getting married a few days after and it was the perfect place to settle down and to get some rest before the Dday, with my husband, some friends and our families, who rented other houses. There is lots of activities for the children (playground, trampoline, fuzzball game, pool (in the summer) and a large property to run around in. The apartment we had was large size with tow bedroom and the kitchen was well equipped. The internet had high speed. There was a washing machine for use in an separate building. There is about 10 min drive to the closest city.
