This is a well-appointed villa on a hillside 5 minutes from Agios Nikolaos. There are about 4 other villas visible from the terrace and a stunning view of the sea and across to the Kefalonia. The other properties were either empty or quiet so we had a very tranquil and relaxing time. The property totally fulfilled our needs for the week and there are an array of local tavernas to eat out in the town and further afield. There is a steep walk down steps carved into the rock to reach the sea. It takes about 5 minutes and is best tackled in trainers rather than anything too flimsy. When you reach the bottom there is a platform to leap into the sea and some sea kayaks for your use. Getting out of the water is best attempted in jelly shoes or similar. Giorgios was a charming host and provided wine, fruit and local information. You couldn’t really ask for more

We designed the villas for You with care and professionalism, thanks to which you got to know the real luxury and complete relaxation. All our villas are built using only natural materials to achieve harmony with the environment. It's the perfect solution for a family holiday or a stay with friends. Blue Caves Villas is a luxurious and wonderful villa complex consisting of five services of stone houses from the Zakynthos region. The villas are in a location where they have access to the sea and the legendary dependent Priest's Cave. We are surrounded by nature on all sides, and the villas are located on one of the last territories in the northern part of our Zakynthos islands next to the marina-port of Agios Nikolaos, on a plot of over 40,000 m2. Where we guarantee breathtaking panoramic views of the sea, the north-eastern part of Zakynthos Alikes, Vassilikos and the island of Kefalonia. All elements of rich equipment that will ensure high comfort of rest. Blue Caves villas are full of the best that Zakynthos has to offer. Our wine is grown and bottled on site, ensuring an authentic taste. Local seasonal fruits such as grapes and figs are also grown here, which please the palate. What's more, we have our own olive oil and aromatic Greek herbs such as oregano, rosemary and lavender. Blue Caves villas are not only luxurious properties, but also a place full of additional attractions. You will find a roofed place for yoga and exercise, a game zone with chess, a place for massage and snorkeling equipment. Additionally, fishing gear, mountain bikes, binoculars for birdwatching, a telescope and an outdoor gym are available. We will take care of your relaxation, activity and unforgettable impressions!

Villa Deep Blue has an area of 250m2 and was built in accordance with the local tradition of natural stone. We have prepared 4 spacious air-conditioned bedrooms with bathrooms, a living room with a dining area and a traditional stone fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a private infinity pool with hydromassage, a barbecue and a wood-burning stove, and direct access to the sea. Villa Harmonia with an area of 200m2 is a perfect solution for 8-10 people. On its premises, we have prepared 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully glazed living room with a dining area and a fireplace, a fully equipped open kitchen, as well as a covered veranda, a private swimming pool with hydromassage, a grill and direct access to the sea. Our next proposal is Villa Cristal, whose area and equipment allow for a comfortable stay for up to 6 adults and 2 children. Tastefully furnished, with three air-conditioned bedrooms, a living room with a dining area and a fireplace, an open kitchen, a covered porch, a barbecue and an infinity swimming pool with hydromassage and access to the sea, it will allow you to relax. Villa Purple has a similar layout, which additionally has 3 bedrooms with bathrooms, a comfortable living room with a dining area and a fireplace, a fully equipped open kitchen, a veranda, a private swimming pool with a place for hydromassage and a barbecue and direct access to the sea. It allows for a comfortable rest for 6 adults. For a smaller number of guests, we offer a one-story, air-conditioned Villa Fantazja combining tradition with a high standard, in which there are two bedrooms with bathrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, an open kitchen with a fireplace and a roofed living room overlooking the sea and a private swimming pool with hydromassage and access to the sea. Due to the characteristics of the equipment, Villa Fantasia is also fully adapted to the stay of disabled people.

Neighborhood info

The area offers many recreational opportunities such as hiking, mountain biking, swimming and fishing. For the more adventurous, diving in the crystal clear sea, kayaking or trekking in the mountains. There is no boredom here. The Skinari Peninsula is famous for its beautiful caves, from which we took the name of our complex, Blue Caves. These are windows and arches of various shapes carved into the white limestone cliffs that form characteristic bridges. It is worth getting inside by a small boat or canoe, which will make it easier to see these unique works of nature. On sunny days you will be enchanted by the blue sky covering the sea and cave walls, which guarantees unforgettable and magical views. We also recommend going to the east coast of the island to the main port of Zakynthos. The largest city on the island is full of beautiful streets and squares that invite you to stroll. Particularly noteworthy is the perfectly reconstructed St. Dionysus. The town of Bohali is located near the port - this is another point worth visiting. The ruins of the Venetian fortress are hidden in the pine forest, which are a great vantage point.
