What a friendly welcome from the security to the hotel it was raining in Bloemfontein that Friday when we arrive employees where already waiting for us outside with the ambrellers I was with my baby Nd husband we didn't even get wet we check in the front desk lady was welcoming show us to our room show us our TV and our coffe maker nd fridge she added if we need assistance we should call breakfast was well made hot food clean boutique hotel excellent service.

On check-in there appeared to be a double booking error when my father was given a different room to the one I booked. This was quickly resolved by the guest house management (who were very easy to communicate with), and was soon in the correct room. He had a very comfortable night before resuming his road trip.
