We were probably very lucky that our pre-booked mobile house in different camping of this area got cancelled (maybe due to the storm it had passed 2 nights before we arrived, maybe due to the off-season laziness). We had arranged a ground floor apartement in this camping quickly instead. It shown up as a great descision. Everything went smooth, the place was clean, just our size for 2 with 2 kids. The restaurant was closed that night and next morning, but we arrived with some food which we just prepared in the kitchen easily. We didn’t expected more, even there were some shops opened around anyway. It might be little tricky with hot water for those who are not fully friendly with gas bottles, i didn’t find it as a problem but I’m sure the personnel would had been helpful.

These modern, wooden bungalows are located just 10 minutes’ walk from El Palmar Beach, in western Andalucia. The small complex has a large seasonal outdoor swimming pool surrounded by attractive gardens. The bungalows at Apartamentos Camping El Palmar all have a lounge-dining area with a flat-screen TV. They also have a small kitchenette with fridge, and a private bathroom with shower. Outside is a private terrace with a porch. Guests must bring their own towel, and will have bedding in the accommodations. The Balcony Rooms are small wooden buildings, upstairs with a double bed and downstairs with a large sofa bed, fridge, microwave, and a private bathroom with a shower. Outside is a seating area and communal barbecue. Guests must bring their own towel, and will have bedding in the accommodations. The gardens are filled with acacias and mimosa plants, and surrounded by a hedge of cypress. There is a small seasonal supermarket. The El Palmar’s restaurant, open during the weekends and daily during high season, serves characteristic dishes from the region, as well as a daily breakfast. The bar has a pool table.
