Large comfortable apartment, with plenty of room for our family of 3. We enjoyed the balconies for early breakfast and late dinner. The staff were very accommodating and kept the place clean and neat. Right by the beach and many great restaurants just next door. Very happy with our choice and good value. When the waves at the beach were too strong for us there was always the pool to cool down and swim in.

Kyparissia has the New Town situated on the coastal Part and the Old Town on the hillside which is about 30 minutes comfortable walking up the hillside . The old village has a Castle which at the moment is closed due to technical words yes you read right im trying to figure that one out .. the Village has some lovely old building and accommodation with breathtaking views of the New Town and Seaside.

Kyparissia is not very ‘touristy’ which is a plus.
Kyparissia is not very ‘touristy’ which is a plus. The tavernas and shops are pleased to welcome tourists (who probably tip better than others). We would have liked to see more fish restaurants, but it would appear that fish are not that popular here or are more expensive than other dishes. The garbage often collects next to large dustbins at the ends of roads, apparently due to a lack of municipal budgets.
The locals are very tourist friendly and helpful and many speak adequate English.
We found that the Google Maps app works about 95% of the time, but take care that it does not send you in the wrong direction up a mountain (as happened to us one night).

Kyparissia is a good base for exploring this area of the peloponnese , there are long natural sandy beaches a short drive away, totally unspoiled and a refreshing change from beaches covered in loungers and parasols. On the coastline of Kyparissia you will find a selection of restaurants.
Was pleasantly surprised with room size - very spacious room with plenty of storage space. Views (from our balcony, as well as pool area) are amazing, beautiful sunset. Breakfast was really good, with plenty of options. I would say that location is really good (quiet, up the hill, with nice views) but if you plan to leave the hotel then having a car is a must (there is a private parking which belong to the hotel and is free). Pool area and restaurant are really nice and enjoyable.
The house was fully equipped (even the kitchen!), cosy and very comfortable. The owner was very polite and answered to our messages immediately! The area was in the nature with a lot of vegetables and hens around. There was a very relaxing swing in the balcony. In addition there was a huge tv.. we didn't open it, but it was impressive! The house is ideal for relaxing vacation near the city of Kyparissia and the sea (just a few minutes by car!)
A wonderful location! We were the first guests and we felt great! Everything is superlative: the location, the hosts, the cleanliness and everything that was made available to us. The location is very close to the beach and you can reach other unique places relatively easily: Kyparissia Castle, Kalo Nero Beach, Voidokilia Beach, Neda Waterfalls, Olympia, etc. We want1 to come back and recommend this beautiful villa to everyone!
The hotel room was comfortable, spacious and clean.
The view from the room was lovely and peaceful.
Breakfast was varied and plentiful and Covid protocols were in place so it felt very safe.
Beautiful gardens and pool area.
Short walk to town centre and beach.
The staff were very helpful and friendly.
Nicholas , the owner was a wonderful host and we would definitely like to visit again!
The villa has its own pool and is a very short walk from one of the nicest beaches in the area. We enjoyed the authentic style of the villa and its atmosphere. It was very comfortable, has plenty of amenities and the hosts had even provided us with local products.
It is perfect for families or larger groups of friends, with plenty of garden space to host even more friends.
Of its type, the Messina Resort Hotel is great. Excellent location, next to the beach, swimming pool, sunloungers etc. Very comfortable and spacious rooms. Great for families. The beach is a mixture of pebbles and gravel. The swimming is lovely. There are some excellent little tavernas on the seafront within 2 minutes' walk.
I liked that this is a small hotel. The rooms were pleasant with a small balkony. I liked the pool, the location and the staff.
We could walk to the beach to swim in the sea. We could walk to the fresh bakery in the morning and they also make good coffee. And next to the hotel is a good restaurant with a view on the port.
We had an overnight stay in Kyparissia & this hotel fitted the bill well. A dual aspect balcony.
Hotel is in a busy part of town near the bus station, but it wasn't noisy
Parking opposite. Comfortable. Good breakfast. Lovely kebab house opposite in the disused railway station.
The house is beautiful, super clean and has an incredible view. It’s positioned 5 minutes walk from the old Kyparissia and its restaurants and 1 km from the beach. The owner has been fantastic, welcoming and generous. I’ll surely come back in the future!
The location was wonderfull, the hotel was very quite, the pool bar and the pool reastaurant were very romantic. The view from all the rooms were towards the sea, and the sunset time was hugely satisfying. Great food and enough variety on wines!
Very spacious and in a great location. In a walkable distance from both the beach and the central Square of Kyparissia. Everything we needed was just a few minutes away - restaurants, nightlife, shopping, beach. The host was amazing.
This is a great hotel family run they have been around for 30+ years and considering the crisis endured and covid they still give as much as they can I recommend it nice quaint town little Harbour it’s super pretty and peaceful 💕
The hotel room was very nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very roomy. We were extremely comfortable in the room. It was the perfect place to stay for two days!
Excellent location
Excellent restaurant
Excellent sea view from the room balcony
The hotel is literally by the sea. It's an excellent choice for summer vacations.
The view was amazing. Easy parking. Nice outdoor furniture to enjoy the view and outdoors. Quiet location yet very close to city of Kyparissia and other towns.
