When I saw the outside of the place I was oh man I think this place is going to be bad. But we were surprisingly surprised with the room it was clean and decent. Not a 4 or 5 star by any means but for the price it was very good.

Rome to an outsider looking around where hotels are it looks...

Rome to an outsider looking around where hotels are it looks rundown to some although the city has many very beautiful parks and some art here or there if you are on a budget you can find great deals in the many retail shops both up town and downtown and a walmart supercenter and bus line Centro great way to see the city Ft. Stanwix and other cultural and historical sites many restaurants to choose from

The rooms are very nice, and so was the staff. The location works well for us for visiting friends in Marcy. Especially liked having free access to two Tesla Chargers! We also like having the Stewart’s Shop across the street from the hotel. We also enjoyed the option of whether or not we wanted housekeeping. Hopefully, that option will still be offered after COVID is all over.

Good and standard complimentary breakfast. Clean hotel however, some rooms would need lift ups. Especially bathrooms. But it’s more of a cosmetic issue than anything else. Very good hotel clean. Very nice and friendly staff.

There was a 24 hr. Denny's attached to the hotel which was convenient. The room was very modern, comfortable, and clean. It was quiet at night which was amazing! The outside of the building was well lit at night.

Bicycle touring on the Erie Canalway bike trail this is a good location close to the trail. The room was comfortable enough but everything was cheap…towels, tissues, pillows…everything!
