Raleigh was great there were ten of us total, in the Marriott, we got around town fairly easy, beautiful city, Mariott was centrally located.
Parking was not easy anywhere as it was N C State graduation, but at the hotel, it is misrepresented, we were charged $15 per day in advance and you had to pay every time you left the garage or you could not get out, I ended up paying another 46.00. The restaurants we visited were upscale and beautiful, food was great!! Breakfast at the Hotel every morning was very nice and plentiful, and a great staff. I used Booking dot com. for my reservations and have yet to get a printed-out billing, had to pay upfront in advance, but the rest of our group booked right online with the Marriot and was able to get a copy of their billing.
I don't like that part, I should have received a detailed billing.

I was only in town for a couple days for a sporting event.
I was only in town for a couple days for a sporting event. But I did get to check out downtown and eat at several good restaurants. The best was 42nd Street Oyster House. I also stopped at Ancillary Fermentation Brewery, which was unique.
Maria checked us in and explained where everything was without delay, even though we got there a hour before check-in. The layout of the room was very nice and roomy. The Hyatt Place had the best breakfast of the three hotels we stayed at while in NC. They had the regular staples (toast, muffins, fruits coffee and juice) they also had 3 specialty items that were made fresh throughout the morning. The potatoes were seasoned and delicious. And we loved the mini omelets.
The location is excellent! Close to an outdoor mall and it’s central to many locations in Raleigh! the food at the bar is delicious. The rooms are big and everything is brand new. I used the computers and printers for work. Everything was very well thought of at this hotel. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.
I stayed there before, and it was just as lovely the second time. The staff was awesome. Everyone greeted not just me, but any guest with a beautiful smile and greeting. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The cleaning crew was off the chain helpful. I'm looking forward to my next visit to Raleigh. This is my go to hotel every time I visit.
The staff was very professional and friendly. The whole entire hotel was very clean. The housekeeping service was excellent also. There Breakfast everyday was excellent. Parking was very good also. If u are ever in the Raleigh, NC area please choose this hotel for your stay. Will be going back.
SD 5 stars I give it.
Perfect for a night away for a wedding - it was loud but we were okay with it because we were there to enjoy the night! It was very clean and the staff was amazing. If we decided to go back to downtown Raleigh we would stay again.
One of the best parts of this hotel was the location. It is nearby and convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, shops, walking trails, and downtown attractions. Overall, a really great place to stay!
Eclectic renovated hotel in Downtown Raleigh.
Excellent staff and cool vibe.
Great bar area with craft cocktails-outdoor area has heat lamps & Pendleton lap blankets for cool winter weather.
All communal parts of the hotel were clean, tidy and well cared for. The room we had was spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable and the facilities were great
This hotel by far, is the best one I have stayed in while living in Raleigh, NC. The cleanliness, size and modern updates are outstanding. The food is good also.
Beds. Rooms could be updated it's spooky at night ghost hotel get bad vibes at night but it's a ok hotel might need some new room features brighten the atmosphere
The location was convenient for us for the Raleigh Christmas Parade. All we had to do was come downstairs and sit. Hotel sits just along the parade route.
