This property is as described & shown in the photos. It is very large and can easily accommodate 2 couples or a family. Nicoletta is very hospitable and available for any inquiries. The sunset & full moon are beautiful over the lake…enjoy your time on the balcony.

Great country location. Quiet hilltop hamlet. Easy access to the region around lago Trasimeno and wine area. 15 minutes to supermarkets by car. Stocked kitchen with all utensils. Great view. Washing machine on premises. Ancient tower next door. Easy parking. The lakeside towns have good restaurants and paths to enjoy 15 to 30 minutes away. We came in off season and many hilltop towns shutting down for season but the lakeside towns were still busy.

If you want to stay away from the crowd in an apartment with a view of Trasimeno lake, then this is the perfect choise. We were enjoying our evening on the terrace watching the sunset over the lake with a glass of vine on the table. The hosts were helpful, the apartment is nice and clean, and the terrace is awesome.

Such a lovely apartment with an amazing view over the hills and Lago Trasimeno below. Very spacious and well equipped, and the use of the terrace was perfect for eating meals and watching the gorgeous sunset. We have been here already and we love the cozy apartment and the owners are so nice and welcoming that you feel right at home. The apartment is not fancy but well cared and loved. Great view from the terrace. Very quiet at night and a great spot to visit either Perugia or Orvieto's areas.

Amazing location and very welcoming hosts! The views across the lake are the highlight. The listing accurately reflects what we found in the apartment. Note to any fellow American: The first floor in Italy is what we would call the second floor, not the ground floor. Plenty of room, great breeze, and Moka pots to jump start your morning.

We absolutely loved our stay in Umbria! The stay was at a comfortable apartment (there were just two of us + our dog but the place could accomodate more people, for example children). The best part of it is the terrace with a stunning view on the Trasimeno lake. The place is located on a hill and surrounded by olive trees, it is hard to imagine a better place to relax. Hosts are super friendly - they live just around the corner, so whenever we needed something they were ready to help, always very friendly and smiling. The apartments was clean and had all the necessary equipment for remote work and for cooking. This apartment in Umbria is also a very good value for money. We highly and we would definitely come back there.
