This is a lovely property and is comfortable, well stocked and very well maintained. The unit we had was on the ground floor and had a large patio with views over the lovely valley and mountains. We were greeted warmly and the lovely hosts sat down for a cup of coffee and gave us a large bowl of their delicious oranges. Very well located for the nearby beaches, the Minoan ruins, and generally pleasant exploring. Several excellent tavernas within a 5 minute drive and a delicious bakery in the tiny village on the main street. We hope to return!!

the owners were so friendly and gracious. They made us feel welcomed and at home. the apartment was clean, well equipped, and comfortable. The view from the flower filled terrace and courtyard was beautiful. we enjoyed sitting outside and soaking in the breathtaking scenery.

The level of care our hosts provided was outstanding. When we arrived, Eleni greeted us, made us a Greek coffee, asked about our interests and then, with a map, pointed out possible areas of interest for us. This level of care continued throughout our stay. The apartment was delightful and the view over the hills very restful. The town square is within walking distance of the apartments and there is a small but well stocked supermarket (including a butcher).

Elene met us so warmly as well gave great recommendations for the area to explore! We just loved our stay! Cosy and calm, seems less turistic destination (except Matala), good place for exploring south villages that actually are much more attractive than famous Matala, 10 min to the beach by car. Accomodation is lovely with nice views to the mountains, nature. We had lovely terrace, the apartment is very cosy with rustic vibe, neat and tidy, has simple and lovely small kitchen ( its fine for simple meals preparation) thus for us it was fine as there are plenty of choice to have dinner in surrounding areas as well (car is needed). In general we loved everything :) wish to come back!
