The host was very responsive to my complaint. It was a hot week and their ac system was not yet activated. Owner went and got me an oscillating fan, which made it bearable. Great host.

The lake is a nice area to walk around, nice restaurants near by. The cabin/bungalow had everything working, we could make food etc. Easily. Camping site has a bar and restaurant that you can use. We had a romantic and nice stay. But if your expecting a hotel getaway, you might be suprised. Its a bungalow and if your down for it its great place to be in!

Fresh fruit including sweet early strawberries, pineapple and melon together with fresh bread and pastries. Truffle omelettes were available. Irene was very welcoming and helpful with directions into Perugia. A pizzeria is a short walk away and food was good although you'll need to drive for evening meals otherwise. Very convenient location for sightseeing by car.

The gardens are well kept and a joy to spend time in. we traveled with a little dog, which was not a problem. Max was loved by all. There is a wonderful pool, with lots of places to sit, either in the sun or shade. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Umbria, I would totally recommend this place.MoniqueNetherlands

He really helped us a lot and was very kind. The view of the lake is great, we stayed at the second floor. Many places to eat at are nearby. Close to the main city Perugia. The room was big and the kitchen fully staffed. An awesome stay!!

The place is full of character, with beautiful corners inside and out. We had great tours of the region during the days and a restful evenings admiring the sunset from the garden.
