This guesthouse is a floor in an apartment house composed of a large office and few guest rooms. To enter, call the manager and he comes to check you in. He eagerly provides maps, gives tourist information and even books a taxi to the airport. The guesthouse is close to main attractions, perhaps 5 minutes from the waterfront and the old town. It was less expensive than nearby hotels while cosy and very comfortable. Breakfast with vouchers at a nearby café.

The bedroom and the bathroom are spacious, well-furnished and comfortable. The guesthouse is located near Cagliari harbour so you can visit the city on foot. Giorgio is very professional, helpful and kind. If I go to Cagliari again, I’ll stay there for sure.

The room was clean, a good size with a small veranda to sit outside. The bathroom was big and the bed comfortable. The place is very close to the old town and port and station so convenient. Staff and Giorgio all helpful and very friendly. We had a great stay. The breakfast was great, the coffee lovely and the staff in the cafe so welcoming.

The venue is located in the very centre of Cagliari, near the harbour, among a mass of different restaurants offering pizzas, pasta or seafood. A wealth of knowledge and recommendations from the host about nearby beaches, places to visit or restaurants. It was the first time I had encountered such help as Giorgio offered us!

I really enjoyed my stay here! I would recommend this place to people who want to explore Cagliari and are looking for a decent place to stay. I met the host once (at check-in) and for the rest he was crazily fast with responding to my few (touristic) questions. It all adds to the feeling of being 'at home' here.

Great location! Near the bus stops and the city. The neighbourhood is quiet and very relaxing to be in. The staff and the owner were very kind making the experience so much more enjoyable (Thank you si much Giorgio once again!!) and with no worries. Would definitely recommend.
