The B&B La Petrosa is a CARDIOPROTECT STRUCTURE, thanks to the presence of the semi-automatic defibrillator (AED - AED) and to personnel specialized in cardiopulmonary resuscitation and management of airway obstructions. The building of the B&B LA Petrosa is fully insulated, therefore it does not require air conditioning. The B&B La Petrosa is sanitized at each guest change using sophisticated proprietary equipment that uses UV and ozone technologies; maximum respect for our customers, respect for the environment and for future generations, ozone is transformed back into oxygen once the sanitization cycle is completed.
Every guest capable of correctly interpreting the meaning of hospitality by a private individual is welcome at the B&B La Petrosa. The accommodation is in a rural area: the best solution for those who want to immerse themselves fully in nature and prefer a receptive standard of significant effect.
The B&B is located in the headquarters of the Pollino Natural Park. Direct contact with the scents of uncontaminated nature, clean air always reciprocated by constant natural microventilation, always pleasant climate despite the different seasons, surrounded by flowers and plants born and grown spontaneously in a suggestive naturalistic context of high emotional impact. Feeling almost "protected" by the chain of the Pollino National Park and overlooking an immense valley of undisputed beauty. Meet the local traditions, the typical cuisine and the millenary culture of an entire territory that still retains the traces and flavor of the ancient Magna Graecia, the archaeological remains of ancient Rome and ancient Saxony with the Lombard walls and a view of the gorges of the river Coscile. Testimonies of civilizations and various religions that over the years have characterized the scene and the social life of the territory itself: history as a witness to the passage of time merges with the enchantment of nature's creation. In the surroundings it is possible to visit historical, archaeological and naturalistic emergencies of very high content and significance.
