Absolutely loved our stay here. Francesca is very friendly and helpful. She made us excellent breakfast each morning. The views of the mountains from the balcony are amazing. Short drive to the beaches of Minturno. Our room was spacious and very clean. Highly recommended.

The villa was located in Marina di Minturno about 400 metres from the beach. Minturno itself is about 3 miles away up a steep hill. Marina di Minturno is effectively an extension of Scauri. Excellent beach and facilities; plenty of bars & pizzerias (very good value) within reasonable walking distance; good supermarket shopping - but you need a car; roman ruins; railway station with easy links to Rome & Naples.AlanUnited Kingdom - 10Scored 10

A beautiful coastline, an atmospheric old town where time has stopped. Interesting archaeological sites. Good restaurants with local food (especially La Concordia in nearby Scauri, where we stayed) cafes and pasticceries. I recommend Caffetteria Pasticceria da Enrico on Via Appia street (near Conad market).MariaPoland

Ugo is a fantastic host who is very helpful with suggestions about what to do and where to go. We thought it might be an issue not having a sitting room, but the kitchen table was plenty big enough for all of us and there is also a balcony with a great view and table to sit at if it isn’t too windy. And a great, wide view from the balcony towards the sea, and along the coast from.Gaeta to the Garigliano, and beyond. Location is 5 mins walk uphill to centre of Minturno. We were investigating military history in the area and the hosts made some very helpful introductions that made our mission much more successful - thank you Giusy & Asunta.

Didnt blow too much and was exactly as needed. All the other rooms, needs, fully covered. Allesio is the best host i have seen so far in Italy. So polite, so helpful, with good English and very very kind. Absolute winner!!!! Alessio if you one day decide to come to Estonia then you will have always a room at our place!

The back garden looks onto the marvellous archeological park and next to the hotel is the Commonwealth graves of Minturno. The place is clean and comfortable.
